The gentleman who was repping for Pleasureway is an absolute professional. He knows every aspect of the company, the products and the competitors. I will research this company, I need to figure out where in the U.S., they can service the vehicle if something goes wrong. Thank you for this Hank.
YES - PleasureWay is one of the best. Watch some of the PleasureWay Factory Tours and compare it to the Coachmen Factory Tout you did a year ago. Huge difference at PleasureWay - So much cleaner, more organize, and detailed oriented. I would love to see you do an updated PleasureWay Factory Tour.
Very informative. I really like that there is no options list. That 1 ton is really nice, perfect placement, userbility, great style and really like those clean white lines... don't mind that sterile look at all. Thanks for sharing.
Saw this vid today, as well as others and I have to say this is a great RV channel and something more RV enthusiast's need to watch. You do great reviews and ask so many questions that other reviewers in this space do not. I really feel like you have our back when looking at a new RV, very detailed. Because of this posting we looked at a pleasure-Way today and it is everything that you have shown here, fit, finish and well made. Keep up the great content, you guys Rock!!!
This rep knows his stuff. You can’t ask this guy anything that he doesn’t know off the top of his head! That’s awesome. So many reps barely know their product and just wing it which is such a turn off. Hats off to this guy! 🎉
Thanks for watching.. glad you like this one. For sure there are lots of RV builders and we are always on the lookout for interesting campers to share with our audience.
I was just at the Mid Atlantic RV show and of all the products which was limited the pleasure way Ontour 2.0 was great. The moment my wife and I went into it we were like this feels so much better than any of the other products. These are very quality units. I wish they had the 2.2 on display as the 2.0 is a tad bit too small.
I have owned my Pleasureway Plateau for 4 years, and I have had several of the older models over my years of camping. I won’t buy any other brand because the family building these vans do a fabulous job and are available to advise you for any details about the build. This is important since everyone tweaks an RV with personal touches that need to be safely added in their carefully built vans. An email or call to the company is terrifically helpful for owners. And they have a fabulous owners group that share experiences and ideas both on FB and in rallies.
All the pleasure way vans are very unique styes 👍 Well made.. and elegant ..looking our favorite one is the cherry red ..tofino..we like it because it can fit in a garage that's a plus for us! I wish it only had a bathroom ..that would really be nice !!! Thank you ...Hank and Lola for a excellent video..yes .......can't wait to see the factory!!!! 👍 🤗😊😁
Thank you Diane for always checking out our videos🙏 Being able to fit in a garage is a plus for some people because of where they live. You can always add a portable toilet.. that's the trade off.
Thx for the look at the PleasureWay vans. Like the Ontour 2.2 everything except the Dometic AC. Great that it has generator and 2 Lithium batteries. Secure wiring is important. Still no AWD. We'll give them a look.
Interesting how they put emphasis on stopping squeaks and movement of items while in transit. Nice solid parts. I wonder how heavy these RVs are. Since it has both batteries and a generator. I would add just a bar at the entrance but then again I’m older and worry about egress. Great video from the Strange family
@@strangerpalooza I went big and purchased a Class A DP last year. Circumstances changed and I felt that was the way to go, but I am willing to reconsider my RV choices in a year or two. I realized that while the diesel coach is everything I want and need, it's size keeps me out of quite a few campgrounds, and sometimes it's tough to find a place to park it, as you might expect.
Thank you for the video!! I own a 2017 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS on the 3500 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis. It has been a super reliable, well built rig! This company truly takes pride in presenting quality builds. Our specific model is more of a comfortable "grand touring" vehicle versus some of the other more adventurous choices out there including Pleasure-Way's own Rekon 4X4. I would have no problem recommending Pleasure-Way to anyone, and although they are not the least expensive to purchase, they do keep much of their value with resale!... and that undoubtedly has to do with their already mentioned quality builds!
Marshall is the boss! (After stranger palooza ofcourse 😜.) Met Marshall at RVShow and he sold us on Pleasureway. Definitely will be buying this RV. Best van out there with quality finish. Best value for money and in someways better than airstream.
When you buy any R.V. stay at a campground near the dealership for a couple of weeks. This is very important. We bought a Airstream and the refrigerator went belly up in three days. We had to drive it back and have it replaced. Also, check out the wiring, is it a mess or does it look like a freeway. In wiring neatness counts. Are the wires clearly labeled? Use every system in the unit, even the heater in July. Does everything you paid for work? Best of luck.
I think Americans would prefer more lithium but Canadians don't need the a/c as much as us so they can get away without it. They once said they sell enough as is that they don't need to change anything or add more lithium since they are a smaller company. If it works, why change it, lol. Love their quality.
Yeahhhhh..... I need all the Amp hours 🤣. I understand where they're coming from and a lot of California builders do the same thing. But I would modify that and to add more lithium.
Great video! I saw this video just a couple of days before I went to the 2023 Hershey RV show. I hadn’t heard of Pleasure-Way before, but your video got me super interested in them. I checked them out in person at the show and put down a deposit to order one from the factory!! Super excited to get it early next year. Thanks, Hank and Lola! I love your channel and have been a subscriber ever since I first got interested in getting a B van.
Thank you, thank you, We enjoy all of your videos . Marshall said 3, hundred watt solar pannels yea! How about all-wheel drive on the 2.0 ontour? Thank you, Hank and Lola🙋♂🙋♀🚐 Oh, can we get a tour of the pleasureway factory? 🚐🚘
Hank & Lola, I'm curious what you thought of Pleasure-Way and how you think their Ontour models compare to Coachmen's Beyond 22C as far as quality, storage, comfort, etc. The layout of the Ontours is very similar to the Beyond 22C, IMO.
The Pleasure Way Ontour 2.0 is well thought out. The sofa bed really opens up the living area that would be limited by a folding murphy bed setup. The Bathroom is very functional, although I didn't see a vent in there. Prefer an induction unit that can also be used on a flip down table outside the van, esp when cooking steamy foods or fish. Lots of storage for a van that size.Excellent quality. AWD would be nice. The only model that Pleasure Way makes that fails is the Recon with it poor layout and . very limited cooking space. Not much room to move with the shower/toliet in the 19.5 ft van. Seems like a rushed product to compete (unsuccessfully) with the Revel and Storyteller models. Thanks for the video!
Thank you Lola and Hank for the awesome content you share with us! You are always looking to give us information about different van builders and companies, large or small. You also tend to ask a lot of great questions that we would generally want answered. I haven't found another Class B channel doing this work more than you. And for that, I appreciate you both!
I have a 22 PW Ascent and quality yes they make a solid product. However, they have zero differences between all of their models other than van. Nothing innovative and dare I say boring AF. If I had to do it over again I would not pick what a chose at all.
Yeah, the interviewer should have held the camera and not talked. Just let the representative guide the tour. The constant questions and remarks kinda ruined the video.

Watch the 4-part video on the factory tour. It is incredible, the work and pride and quality that these guys have for their product!

We are definitely planning on doing more factory tours when possible.
Well done. Nice to see a company that takes pride in what they build 👍

‘Bout time you showed Pleasureway! Btw there were times with the PW video chat that the CEO Dean Rumple was doing it!
Thanks for watching.. glad you like this one. For sure there are lots of RV builders and we are always on the lookout for interesting campers to share with our audience.
Yes a deep sink is important. Just need a Murphy bed in the back so you would have a big garage space.

More bad news. Dometic has bought the Go Power solar charger mppt and is in process of buying up other RV component companies.
Interesting how they put emphasis on stopping squeaks and movement of items while in transit. Nice solid parts. I wonder how heavy these RVs are. Since it has both batteries and a generator. I would add just a bar at the entrance but then again I’m older and worry about egress. Great video from the Strange family
You know I'm not sure the weight. I know the bigger vans are on duallys and that's usually to support the weight.
Love your videos, this is one of the best vans out there as far as craftsmanship. On my wish list for my retirement.
I wish they had more road clearance!
Loved it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽 Marshall was really knowledgeable
Coachman….you just been served.
Very nice looking vans and I like the redundancy of lithium and a generator.
Yep, that is the one thing about our coachmen that is valuable to me... that it has a generator. I upgraded from AGM to lithium batteries.
Seven years ago, I almost bought a Pleasureway because I was very impressed by what they were building.
What did you settle on?
@@strangerpalooza I went big and purchased a Class A DP last year. Circumstances changed and I felt that was the way to go, but I am willing to reconsider my RV choices in a year or two. The 2024 models have 600ah of lithium and the Truma A/C!
Excellent tour. My hubby loves the winter shirt.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed this tour. Very cool that your husband loves the shirt 😀Thanks for sharing!
Never like the bath shower behind the driver. Why it should be toward the back, next to
bed area. What is nice is the deep big sink.
Wish they would use Ford Transit chassis on the pop-up version
Great video! I saw this video just a couple of days before I went to the 2023 Hershey RV show. I hadn’t heard of Pleasure-Way before, but your video got me super interested in them. I would buy one of their builds I think they are the best in their price range nobody else is better that I have seen for the money
Would love to hear some prices
I don't think their Ford Transit come in AWD? but their floor plans is so open with all those glasses and very good workmanship.
Ford and MB do come in 4WD versions, RAM ProMaster does not. 😊
I have a 2.20n tour that is AWD
Ya ... What she said
Pleasure Way is amazing and expensive. Thanks for showing off this year' models.
Our pleasure!
I love the Tofino, with the only exception being no bathroom. Otherwise it would be perfect.
We are looking for a 19’ RV van with a DRY bath. Separate shower and toilet. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Beautiful ❤️, I hope to get one of those soon
Nice vans. Unfortunately the Ontours are not AWD.
The 2024 models are all AWD
They eliminated the Blu-ray DVD player. I have 300 DVDs. Now I have to bring my portable DVD player to watch my movies! Cindy
Well done video. I have a 2018 Pleasure Way. Love it. One day, I'll need to "think" about getting a new one.
Very informative video! Would love to know up front how many seatbelts are available on the different models!
Pleasure-way has a great product.
What about seatbelts? Are there some in the back?
Hank & Lola, I'm curious what you thought of Pleasure-Way and how you think their Ontour models compare to Coachmen's Beyond 22C as far as quality, storage, comfort, etc. The layout of the Ontours is very similar to the Beyond 22C, IMO.
Can you use an app for the controls?

Love the sink
Cool video keep up the good work
Gorgeous!
Thank you for watching and commenting.
Which model had the computer desk behind the drivers seat?
The "FL" (front Lounge) versions have the desk up front.
@@TTM-GEB Thanks
Does Pleasureway also have 4WD chassis's?
Price?
On a B, yes. B+ or C, LTV.
I’ve wished to win the lottery so I could buy a Pleasure-way!!!! I got the ticket for tonight!!!!! I do not want one on the diesel chassis!!!!
I hope you win too Cathie 😁 someone’s got to!
Are you now a multi-millionaire?!
These vans cost more than my house.....and I have 5 acres of land!
Lol... yeah they are mortgages ... pretty much second homes.
First! 😃

🤠👍

Great show and tell. Love it....except that woman needs to stop talking. Would have been much more enjoyable without her butting in.
