That would be simple fix, just cut off a little at the top of the door. Check out RV Share, you might get lucky and find one for rent. That look on your face when that alarm went off was priceless, Need to add that one to your blooper video. :)

Wow that is shocking to hear. Although no RV is perfect we have not heard of anyone having these many problems with a Pleasure-Way. We hope they address things for you soon.
Wow, that is strange due to Dean always stating that no van leaves until everything is checked several times. I hope you were able to solve all your problems with the 5 year warranty.
Fair enough, different priorities for different people, but the practicalities of no sink in the bathroom when you inevitably have things in the kitchen sink because in real life use the dishes do not get washed more than once/day, means that you are trying to use that full small kitchen sink to wash your hands and brush your teeth in. This gets cumbersome and gross quickly so that is why we prefer even a small or better yet folding sink in a wet bath. Thanks for watching
@@DoesSizeMatter - I see your point. It's just that the wetbaths are so small that the absence of a sink goes a long way for additional room. A folding sink is a great idea, I just wish they weren't so ugly.

@@DoesSizeMatter we think it would be great to have an adventure van, we probably could do a couple weeks at a time. It would definitely be an adjustment and the way we travel would need to change. How Great would it be to stop at all the roadside stands and attractions we see but can't stop at now because it's too hard to maneuver our big 5th wheel?
@@stuwardw Absolutely that's what we think. Easier to get to some of the spots we would like to go, but then I wouldn't have the laundry, Kory reminds me haha so I remind him that the Beav could always tow a Pleasureway.
I sure hope the bathroom door/smoke alarm interference issue was resolved before the new owners drove off the lot. Perhaps the ceiling liner was drooping down a it in this area. Hard to believe Pleasureway would overlook such an obvious error.
The ceiling did not droop at all and all appeared to be built well but ya it was a scare when the door hit. We will look for more to see if it is the same in them all. Thanks for watching
I really like this van. However, shame on Pleasureway for skimping on the bathroom. First and foremost it should have a small or fold down sink. You use the sink way more than the shower. Secondly the shower curtain needs to be in a rail that covers everything, and toilet paper holder? Finally why isn’t there a vent fan in there? I like the big sink. Those small sinks are useless. But the top is completely impractical. It should be butcher block or another material that you can actually cut on. So many van owners install a flip up counter. At the price point I wish Pleasureway would add simple things like that.
I believe the front seats swivel. Is there an option for a table up front? I really wish there was a 2 burner propane option vs induction. Otherwise, this is a slick rig.
We believe the front seats do swivel but the driver's seat does not have much space to use if it is turned around so it could only be slightly valuable turned to the side but it would be handy to turn the passenger seat. On this particular unit we did not see a mount for a table nor do we see it as an option. We hear you regarding the stove. The induction stove does have lots of pros and the van does have a solar system to accommodate it but we would like a 2 burner propane as well. She is a beaut though. Thanks for watching
The way the bed works is that when you put the couch down you could have a doubleish bed if your short and you could lay across the way I was in the video or once the couch is down it meets up with the smaller seats below the tv and next to the kitchen. If you choose not to fill in the middle space and make it one big bed it would be like two twins at the bottom but the couch end would still be like a full bed so essentially not a complete set of twins like we have seen in other brands. Pleasureway is still using the Ram Promaster for their Tofino only. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching
From all of the video's that I have seen the bed always seen as an after thought. Every folding bed with all kinds of shapes I wonder why they don't offer a topper mattress that goes over the cushions as a mirror effect just like they were to halves of a mattress.. I have slept on fold down beds and they're not for sleeping on.

@@DoesSizeMatter Yes I am an owner of a 2022 2.0 since October 1. Picked it up at Fretz RV in PA and first trip drove it back home to Seattle. Absolutely love it! Your video was great to watch. The fire alarm can actually be unscrewed and turned 90 degrees to avoid tripping the alarm. My van does not have the cubby storage above the visors (strange).

Well we guess it depends on how big you are. These are small showers no doubt and there are multiple things that you could hit but as we always say it's about wants, needs and priorities. What are you willing to give to get. In this one for you it might be that you need a bigger shower so you will need a bigger rig and there are pros and cons to that and you will have to decide which things are more important. I like the big sink - usually, these vans have a very small sink. I always wonder how you even wash one dish in them without getting water everywhere.

My Ascent is a dangerous piece of junk. Electrical fire, gas leak, loose electrical connections, and much more. They can't fix anything.

Could you do 2 twin beds with this rig? No toilet paper is quite an oversight! Did Pleasure-Way quit using the Ram Pro Master chassis?

It is a possibility depending on the dealership you are purchasing from, check in with them.
It is not 12volt below the ottomans in the living area. They are USB ports.
That is possible as we didn't actually flip them open. Are you an owner?
