    Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates physical movements, mindful breathing, and mental concentration to cultivate and balance “Qi” (or bio-energy) within the body. Regular practice of Qigong can yield numerous benefits, such as improved flexibility, a strengthened immune system, and a calmer mind. It also helps reduce stress, enhances relaxation, and promotes mental clarity. This 4-week series will introduce simple exercises to help participants relax and develop body awareness.
