Kindness has a positive effect on our physical health, emotional health and all human relationships. Often times, kindness can be forgotten in our busy and stressful everyday lives. This session reminds participants of the importance of kindness and ways to incorporate kindness into their contact with others, as well as in their relationship with themselves.
