Can a person pay you guys for the labor and materials for a project in Oregon. Also the project in this video was really under 30k did that include all the materials and labor required to do entire project?
This is about what I'm wanting... maybe 30 x 60 x16. I do want to put a second floor in parts of it for storage and I would like to be able to add lean to sides at some point as well. Do you go to East TN? What does the $30k include? Do they make insulated roll up doors? How do I get in touch with you? Thanks.
I bought a 30X50 with 2- 12 ft door openings from these guys around 2 years ago. It took forever to get it delivered and erected, I mean like close to a year. Suspect some shortages due to the PLANdemic or ____? Once erected in a day and half the building is perfect for my RV and ATV storage needs. It seemed very well worth the $$ and due to my county regs I upgraded to 18 gauge steel so it's solid and not at all affected by wind and snow. If I can get a shorter delivery date I'm thinking about putting one up at a rental house I own.
Options are standard mobile home doors, or commercial steel doors depending on state and location. We can also just frame them out and you can install one yourself 💪🏼
Looking for a building to turn into half house half shop would somthing like this hold up over the years?
Under 30k is crazy cheap. This looks like the best deal I’ve seen and I’ve been shopping these buildings for two years now
Been shopping at the wrong place! Obviously price would depend on snow loads, winds and etc. Give us a shout!
Big parker really knows his stuff. Excellent video, makes me want a metal building asap. Need more videos with Big Parker in them!
We appreciate it! He definitely did awesome. Thanks 🙏 💪🏼

Solid building, great production, and a great review from Big Parker.
Thank you, we appreciate it! 👋
I watched them assemble it in two days. Impressive.

Hi do you service Dade-County in South Fl.
We don’t
What is the price for this one?
Price can vary thousands of dollars due to all different types of weather and locations. But a ballpark figure would be 35k for standard options
I'll take one 30 x 80 x 12 in NC...
Coming right up!
No rat guard.
Yep, went cheap on the rat guard. It's always an unfinished look to me.
40X100 in Washington state please.
Can do! We don’t do northern Washington though.
Say nice
Need a ladder to open/close windows ? Not practical.
Don’t need to open them. For natural lighting.
