Hysterectomy(4 yrs for partial), genetics, lifestyle, trauma(9 yrs), stress, radiation, smoking(2 yrs), tubal ligation(1 yr) and don’t know what will extend life of ovaries yet. When you said, “Until we know, we don’t know.” that lead me down a few rabbit holes. So many things we didn’t know about but now know more about but perhaps not enough about. Ie microbiome, cell phone emf pros and cons, vaccines, solar flares, HRT, stem cells, frequency healing, parallel realities, etc. Humans are exposed to so many different carcinogens nowadays so how will a study be set up to determine whether long term bioidentical hormone therapy causes cancer? There are so many different formulations, methods of delivery, doses, frequency. How will we know what we don’t know? Progesterone during menopause might be better than an antidepressant medication(many of which have been linked to thyroid disorders, suicidality and homicidality now) but what will be even better than progesterone in a year?

Will vaginal estradiol cream 0.01% affect the size of fibroids in the uterus? Will it get rid of them?
