    Great discussion. When it came to the micronutrients question, it was helpful.
    I’ve begun to track my micronutrients intake a few days ago and found that I may be under eating protein and heavy on carbs (carbohydrates) for my age at 41, pretty soon 42 which I struggle with b/c I love my rice as an Asian/Chinese.

    Just wear a CGM to see what works. As Dr. Ben Bikman said, “Avoiding carbs avoids the glucose spikes. Full stop.”
