I love thrifting but I have a hard time finding gems in my size. I'm a plus size woman 20/22 . Do you have any tips or suggestions on what to look for. I mostly find dresses, purses or shoes.
I try to thrift here in the Canaries but after living in the UK and starting my thrift journey in a big city here it's a job, however I do get some good stuff a couple of times a year. The shops Karen visits make me drool. Nothing like that here.
I don’t find thrifting relaxing, I always wanna go through all the pieces to make sure I don’t miss anything and it takes so long that I feel like I’m overstaying my welcome (which is enhanced by the shop owner awkwardly staring me down) which gives me anxiety 😂 but it’s very much worth it when you find that one piece though!

Gosh, I really miss shops like this in London. There used be loads of large cheap thrift stores back in the 80's and 90's. Now they're all gone, it's all small expensive vintage shops or local charity shops, which I do shop in, but I miss those days....love this video ❤️
