Hey Karen, I am going to look over at thredUp as soon as I finish writing this message. I go there a lot and find that there isn't much for women size 14-16, and even less for folks size 20+. In my experience, it seems that big women tend to wear our clothes until they are ready for the rag bin beyond sending to online or brick and mortar stores for resale. I enjoy wearing interesting clothes tending toward all the forms of boho-from western influenced to afroboho, from 40's vintage to late 60s-to pre disco 70s hippie drag. Unless there are some straight size things that will work from Free People or Anthropologie, things are pretty scarce on the ground. The next time you go thrifting for your self, please take a peek at the over size 16 plus area and if you find anything that runs along the lines of your aesthetic please let us see it. Your Fluffy Subbies would appreciate it! Stay Safe and Peace!

it's easy to become overstimulated! trying to go in during a shops less busy hours tends to help me out, and having some particular ideas of what im searching for ie. silk, the colour purple, bold patterns makes the task of wading through all those racks a little less "aaaaaaaaahhhh!!". being okay with the possibility that you won't find anything at all and not letting yourself get too discouraged is good too. also dont limit yourself to just the clothes section, i have found some very cute housewares (especially mugs ^_^) *and* some knitting supplies! happy thrifting!

Hi, Karen! The peachy “dress” is actually a nightgown probably from the 40s. Just FYI, not sure if anybody let you know abt it already💕 There was a Fashion about 15 years ago (give or take) for “underwear to outerwear” and a lot of 30s and 40s slips and nightgowns were recycled that way

Haven't been clothes shopping since Covid 19, don't know when I'm going to dip my toe back into it as the best part for me was trying clothes on in the changing room, and seeing how they worked 'try before you buy'. Now changing rooms are closed and I wouldn't want to be trying on anything in this climate!!! Has the fun gone out of it for me I wonder. Feel like you are taking me shopping, you are giving me JOY right now!!!

That’s a really great find. 💫💫💫 I have a similar-ish white dress (straps are thinner with no ties, and there are two big pockets in the front). I’ve worn it twice on my walks this quarantine (once in April and again this week), and two different women complimented it from afar 😂.
Yeah I done some thrifting about 3x (since reopening) but going to cool off on it for a bit. The virus infection rate is increasing again. I really like the button up white dress and the white pants (don't know why you did not get them) they fitted you perfectly and good length to show off a good shoe. I have a mode type dress (I really like that look on you) but have not pulled it out (probably can't wear it because of working from home weight). Our dressing rooms here are closed, so I dressed so I can try on over existing clothing. Can not chance sizing with the eye because the girls block a lot of good styling potential stuff. Maybe you should work more on your shorts collection because those black ones could be dressed up or down and I do not recall short other than a denim pair.
