Is the control pad supposed to be wobbly? It looks pretty hard to adjust the screws that are holding it with the angle they are at...

Hey I have this same machine and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to set temperatures or anything! The temperature either just keeps rising or keeps lowering and won’t set on the temperature I need it at…the machine gets hot I just can’t set it to press anything. Help please lol
