This is hands down the best Thor movie in the franchise. Perfect combination of action, humour and stakes. And the Led Zeppelin soundtrack, perfection. Great reaction. Thanks.

Second, I don’t think I realized she might not watch trailers for the movies and that makes her reactions more layered honestly and I am loving this marvel journey for her!
I love watching reactors see the Hulk reveal. They are always so shocked. I wish they had kept that secret when we first saw this movie in the theaters
Kristen's reaction was pretty much how I reacted when I first saw Thor Ragnarock. This has to be my favorite Thor movie to date. The music, script, acting, and effects are all great.
In the play that Loki/Odin is watching, Matt Damon plays Loki, Chris' brother Luke Hemsworth plays Thor, and veteran actor Sam Neill plays Odin. Cate Blanchett played Hela in this film, and Galadriel in the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit franchise. So she was a very good queen of the Elves and a very bad queen of Asgard.
Being from Denmark myself, it irritate me that they have not used the original name Hel instead of Hela, I'm sure for some politically correct reason, but in Norse mythology and in the ancient old Norse language 'Hel' means "underworld' and Hel (the female in question) preside over an underworld realm of the same name, where she receives a portion of the dead. Kind of like hell in Christianity, but then obviously not quite in the same way.
@@agffans5725 The MCU stays away from religion to avoid offending different parts of their audience. Something like almost 30 minutes were removed, and from what I've heard it's all the darker stuff that would have made it a more balanced film, mostly Christian Bale scenes. There is definitely a good film somewhere in there lol
These movies are the reason why the Infinity Saga is unmatched in cinema history. To weave a 23 movie, 11 year coherent journey into one mega ensemble is just unfathomable, until it happened. Ragnarok is just one small stepping stone on that ensemble, but man is it a good one.
Loki wasn’t a coward for calling to be brought back to Asgard. His decision was right, but his timing was wrong. Hella broke Thor’s hammer with one hand which showed how strong she was one in comparison to him and Thor. Plus, before Oden died, he just warmed them about her. Running was a smart thing to do.
Best part of this movie is Hulk ragdolling Thor like he did to Loki in the first Avengers movie. I find it hilarious though that that's the same actor who played Julius Caesar on Xena: Warrior Princess playing Skurge, Karl Urban Two points: 1. Loki looks DAMN good in Earth clothes 2. Hulk's mental capacity depends on how Bruce transforms. If he does it willingly, like in the Battle in New York, he has complete control over himself and he speaks more clearly. But if he gets triggered into changing by something outside of his control, Hulk will be a living battering ram with, as Tony Stark once said....with BREATHTAKING anger management issues.
