No, it makes it so it has status affix change. You could have the thunder cage, an ultimate weapon that has a % chance on kill to have enemies explode in electricity have frost damage which is cool

Dont use recommended unless you just want some quick trash mods on your item gear. It puts on reload and quick change mods that do very little for damage

How do switch weapon in battle in this game. I have three gun can I switch from one to another???
Press y for xbox triangle for playstation to switch between your 1st and 2nd weapons and hold y or triangle for your 3rd weapon.

When you go forward you start to get more challenges, making it more fun.
