They didn't just come to buy food; they were also looking for a touch of nostalgia and peace in that stall. The seller seemed really friendly but hardworking, and the customers always left with a smile on their faces. It's truly a lovely atmosphere.
I would love to find something like this on the way home from the bar. You get a taco truck if you're lucky, but the prices here in the US are crazy right now.
I really like how he enjoys his work, I am a chef myself and would like to start my own snack bar this year. I will definitely visit him when I fly to Japan in 2-3 years.
This video was so wholesome. The stall owner is very friendly and honest, the visitors are coming to have that nostalgic feeling, everyone is happy and enjoying, away from the hustle of the city.
Wow it’s amazing how he was able to compact a small restaurant in that cart and you can tell he take great care in everything he cooks what an innovative person
I really like how much humility this man has in his work. The food looks great, and I'm sure it tastes delicious. I feel that a lot of ramen places in North America have kind of lost their roots and can be excessively expensive and pretentious.
i live in Canada and have never seen a food stall like this in person. only larger restaurants. im a big fan of the atmosphere. that said i went to a thai restaurant last week with one other person and they forgot my order. so i watched my friend eat, no im not waiting thanks. diversity.
Since i first watched this video, i have gotten engaged to my girlfriend of 4 years and now, today, i am asking her if she would like to go with me to the Hirsohima area to visit the Peace museum and Mount Misen. Of course we'll have to eat, and i truly hope i can experience this food stall in person! It's been a dream of mine ever since i watched it. I don't speak the language, but i can smile and enjoy a drink with some ramen and the ambiance. We live in a magical time! Thank you for the videos, i love them.
These folks take a least 7 hrs to set up and clean their stalls combined for opening and closing. 1hr and a half of gathering what they need then they need to prep at least 2-3 hrs for a nights service of 4-5 hours with 2-3 hours of sleep EVERYDAY. but they darn serve one of the best comfort foods in the world.
It is nothing short of simply charming. When I lived in Japan, I really liked to go to those stalls or very small corner shops for Ramen. I found them much much more pleasing than most restaurants on big shoppingstreets like Hondori in Hiroshima. Of course its not top notch, it also might not be 102% clean, but thats not the point. These small stalls are the same idea as those back home in Germany at big festivals or just very lively city centers.
Planning a trip to Japan with some friends. Hiroshima was on the list (maybe Nagasaki instead we aren't sure yet) since we are American and we think it would be sobering to see the history of what we did there. Maybe we will need to lighten the mood after by going here. Looks really good and more comfy than all the fancy places we plan on going to Tokyo. If its anything like America in this regard it's probably just as good if not better food too.
OMG I use to work in restaurant before I can imagine how hard he have to work. The hardest part is when he finished his job then he has to do cleaning job plus pack all the staffs go back home.

it's not that deep bro
An honest man making a living. Loved watching him work hard.
I love how friendly everyone is to one another. Its like they are all a big family and they genuinely like going there to eat
Those 3 guys that drives an hour, just to eat there, definitely love that area.
We are in the middle of summer here and watching this made me hungry for a bowl of hot ramen, looks delicious!

Thanks
I wanna taste his ramen, it look so good! Hes so friendly to his customer and always show his smile while making ramen for his customer❤
Me fascino !!!

I don't know why, but the vibe of these simple and friendly videos brings me internal peace.
I love the style you guys record videos, very nice and calming.

LA COMIDA DELICIOSA Y LA ORGANIZACION TODO EN SU PUNTO 🔪🫙🥢🧂🥃🌭🥩🥓🌶🫑
Wow it’s amazing how he was able to compact a small restaurant in that cart and you can tell he take great care in everything he cooks what an innovative person

absolutely incredible that they just have hookups on the street for water like that. and they WORK!
I love you guys from tamilnadu..I wanted to taste your dish one day...❤
Sa l’air tellement bon! Merci pour ce partage. Longue vie a cette petite entreprise!

What's better than a bunch of happy satisfied customers!
honestly
Merci pour ces bonnes recettes
didn't understand a word he said but put a smile on my face everytime he said something
How I wish the West didn't have over-regulation that prevents stuff like this from being a thing.. Japan, never change please!
this kinda thing we could realy need in Europe/ Germany im a truck driver i would eat every da at the shop
That Oden looked so good 🤤
i love his dedication. although cleaning and preparing must be 3 hour, but his ramen wheel and his spot looks clean.. and its don't be easy..
Im absolutely in awe of this man. He turned a tiny space into a small restaurant.
The "mise en place," of this is truly amazing. Love.

I love japan. The Japanese are good at making things
eating at such a setting on a raining day with the person you love is the best QQ
Hello from Arizona...Wish your stall was here, I'd eat there every day :)
2 hours to set up every time and 3 hours to clean .. very hard worker
I will definitely eat there everyday you know... It is sure to give a feeling like Naruto

OMG I use to work in restaurant before I can imagine how hard he have to work. The hardest part is when he finished his job then he has to do cleaning job plus pack all the staffs go back home.
In my next life, i want to be Japanese so i can get to eat and hang out with friends and loved ones on this food stall
He's cooking more cleaner than NYC restaurants
2 bowls of ramen after a bad day at work 👌👌👌👌
gostei muito desse live action. espero encontrar o anime
