That panel is very integral to the plot, a very important information regarding of Vueko's personality as a whole. I cannot believe they actually skipped that.
You could still see the relationship between them, and the scenes on the ship to Orth imply that they have a strong friendship. Not saying that one singular panel didn't matter, it's just that you could tell her importance to Pakkoyan through the scenes that are already in the manga.
i really liked her designs and her character despite being in the background only. i don't knw what i liked about her but something about her design was just cute and funny to me i was pretty sad when she saved herself for vueko and i was sad when vueko died even though i knew they would all die but i am happy that they are in heaven now
I liked her a lot tbh, wish we got more of her and Vueko together. Considering the fact that Vueko MUST'VE had some kind of interest in Pakko, knowing the fact that Vueko mostly viewed her body as ugly. She wouldn't just openly show it to anyone. (In the manga, there's a panel with Vueko and Pakko doing the "tango".) And I'm a sucker for one eyed character designs, so there's also that. R.I.P my girl
Reminder that Irumiyu literally said that Vueko have a scent of a woman who had sex with many people. So it's not like she was exactly shy to show her body, even though she definitely had a low self esteem. In fact, her low self esteem may itself require her to have a constant validation through promiscuity.

They don’t have a relationship. Vueko barely acknowledges her even when she’s close to her. Pakkoyan is a background character and has little significance to the story
