Kat has proved that longevity in a sport can be achieved by those who want it most and who work hardest to achieve it, being a mainstay of the female British trampoline team for more than 15 years!
Kat will join us to discuss her life at the tip of the sword within the sport of trampolining, her successes and regrets, her influences and passions, and what comes next in a life after trampolining.
