With Lockdown 3 underway, we are delighted that we can bring you some much needed fun and exercise in this series of original content which will be delivered by a number of our coaching staff over the coming weeks and will be free-to-all across our Facebook and RUclips pages.
In this video, Bryony (and helper; Fred) have some fun playing in the garden and letting their hair down. Why don;t you have a go?? You don't need to do loads of exercise or have loads of props to do some fun fitness....just a bit of space and bit of imagination! ENJOY!!
