With the end of Lockdown 3 well in sight, we are delighted that we can continue to bring you some much needed fun and exercise in this series of original content which will be delivered by a number of our coaching staff over the coming weeks and will be free-to-all across our Facebook and RUclips pages.
In this video, Chloe (and helpers) have some fun running their own version of the Olympics in the comfort of their own home. As you will see, lots of fun was had on the way! Can you recreate some of these challenges, or maybe even come up wiht your own?? ENJOY!!
