Elena Poncho Crochet Pattern
The Elena Poncho is a feminine and modern take on the "Poncho". This pattern has a beginner frienldy construction. You start at the top & work your way down. You will then add on to the arm holes to make the sleeves of you want & lastly you will make the collar edging. You can adjust the body & sleeve length to any length you need to suit yourself. It is easily customizable.
DIFFICULTY: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate level - Written in Standard American Terms

*Any 4/Worsted Weight Yarn (I used Lion Brand "Heartland" in Grand Canyon (1500-1800 yards for size L/XL/2XL/3XL)
*Size K/6.50 mm Hook OR (Whatever hook you use to obtain gauge with).
*Scissors
*Stitch Markers (2) (Optional)
*Tapestry Needle (Optional)
*Measuring Tape

It might just be your tension or the wrong placement of your last stitch. I always place the last stitch in the beginning chain instead so there isn't a bump

Hello, may i ask why you yuhd instead of hdc?🩷🧶

Because hdc in the WS creates lines.
The Yuhdc removes those lines to give you a smooth look
