- Vintage/Flea Market and Antiques in Italy. Come with me for a rummage around this fantastic Italian Antiques Market in Umbria. The first Antiques Market in over a year. In my view this is the best Antiques Market in Italy.
Thank you so much for all your comments. A number of you have asked for an Italian Lifestyle Video, so here it is! This Antiques market in Pissignano is normally on every first Sunday of each month. Here's a link to other Antiques Markets and Second Hand/Flea markets in Umbria. informatore.com/en/markets/ita...
Arezzo, in Tuscany, has a great Antiques Market on the same day. Personally I prefer Pissignano, in my opinion it's more authentic.
Thank you Mauro, really enjoyed meeting you. Great vintage and antique watches. Check out Mauro's RUclips channel.

Now that was fun !! Nice to see/meet you Nick. Have a fabulous weekend
Really enjoyed your walk through the market, more like these please x
Fantastic ! Looking for a house is nothing without seeing the reality of a place. I really enjoyed you’re breakaway from the norm. It’s the type of place I would stop at if I had been driving by.
Thanks Nick! 😁
Finally!!! Excellent
Nice diversion Nick, and a nice way to introduce yourself to your audience. Hopefully, you will share more excursions, into some of the small villages and markets you point to, off in the distance, from a real estate property rummage. Give us all a real taste of living under the Umbrian and Tuscan sun.
Nick I have never seen your full face! Nice to put the face with the name 😎. Great root system with that head of hair. Thank you for this piece, love to see all the treasures!!
Thank you. X
I love antiques! What a very lovely “rummage” today! I collect 19th-20th century American (mainly) antiques. I have a special fondness for utilitarian items such as housekeeping items. I don’t collect furniture anymore. My house is already overflowing. Thank you so much for taking us along today. It was a very enjoyable video!
I'm in the same boat! :) I just can't let go. Best wishes, Nick.
Very interesting thank you
Thank you🌞
that was fun!
Thank you. Best wishes, Nick.
Thank you Nick. That was exciting. Saw a lot of things I would have bought!
Thank you for taking us along with you to the market. I really enjoyed it!
Rummaging is one of my favorite things to do! How fun this would be!
Lovely stuff Nick - delightful to witness the slow re-opening of such excellent life affirming experiences and the exchanges with other market visitors was terrific too. Keep up the good work. best Ed
I loved this! Grazie.
Oh goody. Was expecting a property tour but this looks like so much fun. Can't wait.
Love a good antique market!! Thanks for sharing Nick, it’s nice to see another side of our entertaining host! Cheers Kirk
This was wonderful! Gives me a taste of the culture. Thanks Nick!
Thank you Nick, what a great video. I really enjoy this. Again thank you.
Great rummage, Nick!
It was loads of fun, seeing what you came across. 👍
Welcome back to life, Italy! And you stay safe and get well soon Nick.
Thank you Mr.Pooties. Just received my test results. Negative! Have a great weekend, Nick.
Fabulous video love to see the markets! Please do this again!
Hi Nick, we have been very much enjoying your sunny virtual tours through these past wintery Melbourne nights in Australia. They have been a tonic. Every video we love to analyse the furniture and knicks knacks trying to figure if the owners are Italian or British. We also watch lots of walk videos, and found your rummaging tour very informative and very engaging. Keep up the fine charming videos - they are gorgeous. cheers Simon and Simone
Hi Simon and Simone, Thank you so much for your comment. Best wishes, Nick.
Hi Nick, we always enjoy your property tours but this was a lovely diversion. Currently ‘locked-up’ in Australia so can only dream of a time in the future when we can rummage at such places. Thanks for taking us with you.
Believe that many of your viewers will enjoy this new avenue of exploring Italy. I hear the antique markets in Arezzo are some of the best in Europe. Maybe a future video idea…
Your enthusiasm is infectious. Keep up the great work and trust your gut when exploring new ideas. It's working!
I've never been a fan of antiques, but i loved this video!! Very enjoyable and interesting! Learn to lindy hop and transport yourself to the 50's an extra way!!
That was a nice diversion.
That was a lovely distraction from humdrum lockdown for me in Oz. Thanks, always a joy to watch and hear your voice.
Thank you Gabriella. Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
Hello Nick, I would really like to see more of your Italian lifestyle shows. These in combination with your property listings are brilliant!.
Hi Louis, Thanks very much. Okay, I've got a lifestyle video planned. Next one take property tour will hopefully be published this weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
Love the tour. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoyed the market I love antiques. My house is full especially old plates & tea cups. Thank you for sharing & I always watch your property videos, although I have never been out of the states I enjoy seeing Italy through your videos.,
If you are able....don't wait to go....I remember seeing my Grandmother off to Europe on the Queen Elizabeth from New York ....when she returned I asked her how was the trip...I'll never forget her answer, "incredible, but I waited too long to go"...(she was in her 70's and couldn't do the walking that Europe demands)...years later I was stationed in Italy for 7 years and I still return every chance I get!!!
Wish I was with you! I love antiques!
Loved this tour! Thank you! And fun taste. I’m interested in toys too. Mostly recycled materials, printed tin, etc. Such fun and have really missed being out and about!!!
Thank you Nick, amaizing flea market.. Is good to see you in the other side of the camera,. I love the antiques to. Fresh and great entertaiment in yor breakaway. Congrats, good idea. Have a nice weekend

Thanks Ewart. Good idea. I have ideas for the next one. Best wishes, Nick.
Well, that was fun. The things I would have bought.
Great video nick.that was lovely to see.thank you.
Nice change, Nick! I loved the old Coke signs and those watches. You may have missed a bargain with the old Citizen watch he had on offer! Your content just gets better and better. :)
Thank you. Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
Love markets like this-will be in Italy in the fall. Great to experience communities this way!
Me too. N
I was disappointed that you didn't take us with you to Assisi but this flea market earns you my forgiveness, Nick. Fun rummage with Nick.
Great to see you, Nick ! That was fun ! So sorry you are required to huff your own CO2 on such a warm day. Asinine.
Hi Cenepk101.What is your name? That's our world right now, but it's okay. I'm just go happy people can interact. Have a great weekend, Best wishes, Nick.
@@italianproperty My name is Cene. Pronounced See Knee or Sea Knee - 😜
Loved it thank you Nick, I saw so much I would love to buy and absolutely agree on that chair fabulous design. Looking forward to living vicariously through your channel until our borders reopen in Australia and we can leave our protective custody 😂
Do you go to the monthly Arezzo antique market?
I’ve been many times. Need to go very early on Saturday morning to fine a bargain. Best wishes, Nick.
Love this! Love going to antique markets/flea markets!! Lots of goodies to be found!! Hope we see more of this! Thanks!🥰😇
Thanks Deb. I love antique markets too. I'm going to do more. Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
Thank you. That was wonderful.
Dove: Pissignano, frazione di Campello sul Clitunno (Perugia). Date: ogni prima domenica del mese.
Where:in Pissignano, an area of Campello su Clitunno (Perugia)
When:the first Sunday of every month.
Excellent comment Thomas. Thank you, Best wishes, Nick.
Oh Nick I’m crushed you have a girlfriend watching your videos won’t be the same!
Would love to see more videos like this from different towns and areas. Thanks for sharing the local life.
Off to the market tomorrow. 🙏 I’m planning on shooting more of these. Best wishes, Nick.
Thanks again Nick for the market tour, I miss the antique markets through Europe. 35 Euro for a truffle that size, am I hungry. When you showed the toy tank, coupled with your accent, a memory of life in Berlin during Allied occupation came to mind. We lived in the British sector, where the Tanks frequently drove along the Heerstrasse to Staarken/Spandau. Some very early mornings I'd trip over a machine gun sticking out from under the hedge on my way to the bakery for those delicious fresh hot schrippen (buns). Yes, I did tell the soldier to pull his gun closer to the hedge it's not an obstacle course, it's a footpath, thank you.
I went through Checkpoint Charlie a couple of times and have stamps in my old passport. Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick. PS: Loved your comment.
@@italianproperty You're welcome. Perhaps you've seen the Museum of Checkpoint Charlie financed through donations, however there is no room for the boys tanks that once faced each other, USA v's UDSSR. And the Ost Marks we couldn't spend were added to the monopoly game.
Eagerly awaiting to view the next dream property, we'll see you there.
What fun!
Yes it was. Thank you Suzanne. Have a great day. Best wishes, Nick.
Oh my goodness, I was just thinking of getting an antique watch and having it restored as I don't find any new ones appealing. You could easily start a tour company Nick, when things open up. Or even just a car with driver service- not a taxi and not a chauffer but a by-the-day car and driver/guide.
Hi Heather, Your comment has made my day. X
That was fun!
Love it Nick!!!! More videos of the local area would be fantastic! Good job!
Thank you Jordan. Best wishes, Nick.
Hi Nick - loving the videos and your quirky style and enthusiasm- you get a great workout each tour
keep up the interest stories too - but please scan the antiques a bit slower plus any food stalls or local specialties
- loved the truffles (never tried one but “a bit of fun”) - looking
forward to more
Thanks Susan, Will do!
Hi Nick...do you think you would ever consider filming at the Mostra Mercato Della Valtiberina Toscana? We're hoping to go when we come in late April/early May. Hope it's there this year! Thanks for the tour!
Hi Carolyn, Please email me more information. Best wishes, Nick.

@@italianproperty Sent you an email.
Wish we could have been there... what a delight! Thank YOU Nick!!! Did you buy a watch?????
No, I didn't. Wish I had. I did see one of the watches Mauro purchased and almost bought it. Next time. Thanks for your comment Jackie. Have a great weekend. Nick.
@@italianpropertyYes, a watch next time... Truly, your videos are one of the highlights of our days! :-)
Nick did you buy anything
Just the 50,s tin for €5.00
I want more of this content. lol.
Looks like a fun time! 😄
I saw a few things I would have had you pick up for me if it was in real time. Hopefully they'll still be selling in Sept?
That was a fun watch.
why a musk all alone in the car???????
Hi Chris, At the time I shot this video one had to wear a mask outside. Just following the rules. However, in retrospect, maybe I could have taken it off.
I wish I was there for it❤️
Are you still collecting antic toys?
I hear so many men got problems doing that with their better halfs 😉
I don’t really collect toys. More like 20th century furniture and yes I do have problems! 😊
@@italianproperty That furniture had at least quality! I'm more into old cars. I enjoy your property tours, a friend of mine wants to convince me to retire in your area and buy a nice property. That's how I came across you. I was more determined to go to south of France 🤔😉
Thanks Nick enjoyed it 😎🍷🇬🇧🚍⚓️
Thanks Roger.
✨Nick, you were sitting in your
auto with not a soul around, why
did you have that mask on. That
was the perfect opportunity to
drop it down past your chin. You
are a faceless voice; ‘Fantom of
Italian Realty Properties’. Let it
hang from one ear, that is a very
mode way to wear them; at least
here on the west coast (L.A., San Francisco). Having a bit of fun
with the fellow who ‘had he worn
his heels, would be wearing an
egg on his brow’.✨😳😉😂✨🍷✨
Just following the rules. 😉
Weird, we went to a flea market in Spoleto on Saturday and bought a classic swatch watch for 10E :). Not quite an antique though.
Thank you for doing this at an inconvenience wearing a mask and carrying a camera. I love thrift markets
Thank you.
Is ages i do not go to the antique market I used to go every Saturday at Portobello in London ages ago, for sure that truffle stall was yummy and old handbag could had caught my attention i used to collect me.
Me too Rose. Always had a coffee and a custard tart in the Lisboa afterwards. Best custard tarts in London.
@@italianproperty oh yes, Golborne Rd , good luck for EURO2020 best team to win .
In my experience an Italian Autostrada is mainly 110% concentration and some terrifying sights.
The volume on your Abode logo segment at the beginning of your videos is ridiculously loud, like 3X or more the volume of your voice. It’s ear shattering when I play one of them through my TV/Dolby Atmos system, compared to other videos and compared to the rest of your video. Really ******^ annoying!
Otherwise your stuff is pretty good!
Thanks Joe for your comment and thanks for beginning this to my attention. I'll fix it. Have a good weekend, Nick.
Why do you wear your mask in your own car?
At the time I was just following the rules.
@@italianproperty That is so weird... it’s like wearing a mask in your home or something.
Sorry , can't help it. Why on earth with a mask on alone in the car when there's NO BODY around except yourself? Insanity.
Just abiding by the rules. Which, by the way, have changed.
