This part of Italian history strikes me in its surroundings, gardens, terraces, its stonework, tiles, wooden beams, antiques, ........ it is all perfectly restored, tastefully decorated, with amazing furniture, beds, etc. Like you many times stated: it is ABSOLUTELY amazing !! I got excited seeing La Massa on boxes in the cantina. My favorite Chianti being Giorgio Primo produced not too far from there. I talk about the wine because I am still utterly speechless upon viewing what truly is the best of the best you have ever presented. There is nothing to say that you have not said already. I found this video to be more numbing than calming because it was like a dream seeing it. The land of the gallo nero. Greve in Chianti is always a stop for me to see one of my favorite butchers, Antica Macelleria Falorni. Each week, your videos hammer home the question…..”what am I still doing here?” Thanks again Nick for a wonderful Saturday!

This villa is spectacular, picturesque and impressive. The interior is simply charming full of history and decorated with perfection. Another historic home filled with history. I loved how you showed some of the detail in the doorways and the structure of the barrelled ceiling in the entry area. The views are amazing! This is one of those spectacular houses perfectly outfitted to cater to guests who have a long checklist and don't really care about the price. The location, the extra lodgings for entourage, as well as security personell, the total privacy plus a whole other area of the property for the owners and caretakers flat means it meets the demands of the highest end and I'm guessing the sale is because the owner is retiring? It's very different letting a whole estate to the high end market and living beside it only when it's empty ie running a house rather than living in it. This house is a business that involves tlc and being there in between guests too. I can imagine it's booked throughout the season with great proceeds too. It's an amazing idea to think one could live in the big house (permanently or for holidays) but the cost of maintenance manager (caretaker) utilities, gardeners, cleaners, housekeeping and property taxes to keep it like this... let's just say it's alot more than the price reflects. Beautiful landscaping, incredibly charming interior, views to die for, I'd be thrilled to bits to be able to walk around it like you Nick. I'd not change a single thing.

Soooooooooo astonishlly unique wook of Art. The time they put Into decorate in such a exquisite detail and taste. Of course and the money must cost to create this home. I appreciate that life has given me the opportunity to appreciate the beauty within objects and be able to see homes so beautiful decorated and layer out. Another historic home filled with history. I loved how you showed some of the detail in the doorways and the structure of the barrelled ceiling in the entry area. The views are amazing! Wow, just a huge wow! Words are just inadequate to describe this place. The stone ceilings in the main entry way were beautiful, I have never seen anything like that before. The floors were so gorgeous. I can not understand why anyone would want to sell if they were blessed enough to own. Thank you so very much for showing this property I loved it. I absolutely love the kitchen.. all the old wood doors are just beautiful. I think one of my favourite things in this property are all those wonderful little book nooks in the stone walls.. This is one of those spectacular houses perfectly outfitted to cater to guests who have a long checklist and don't really care about the price.
The location, the extra lodgings for entourage, as well as security personell, the total privacy plus a whole other area of the property for the owners and caretakers flat means it meets the demands of the highest end and I'm guessing the sale is because the owner is retiring? It's very different letting a whole estate to the high end market and living beside it only when it's empty ie running a house rather than living in it.
This house is a business that involves tlc and being there in between guests too. I can imagine it's booked throughout the season with great proceeds too.
It's an amazing idea to think one could live in the big house (permanently or for holidays) but the cost of maintenance manager (caretaker) utilities, gardeners, cleaners, housekeeping and property taxes to keep it like this... let's just say it's alot more than the price reflects.
Beautiful landscaping, incredibly charming interior, views to die for, I'd be thrilled to bits to be able to walk around it like you Nick.
I'd not change a single thing.

Soooooooooo astonishlly unique wook of Art. The time they put Into decorate in such a exquisite detail and taste. Of course and the money must cost to create this home. I appreciate that life has given me the opportunity to appreciate the beauty within objects and be able to see homes so beautiful decorated and layer out. And yes a place that l can not afford eventhough l wish l could. But still is so great to see it.
