The most enjoyable show on RUclips always good to watch 5 *****
Thank you for your kind words.
Fantastic collection lots there you would take straight away , cannot wait to see once the harvest comes .
They’ve really come on in the past couple of weeks. Think it will be a shock at the next video.
Wow, I love a Kindai showa😍, and there are some beauties in those bowls, they could really make me challenge my 'no more showa!' rule😄
I thought you were ready for a Dainichi Kohaku? 🤷♂️
Some real stunning showa there Ricky 😍
Thanks, Isa Showa really are superb.
Nice one Rick.
Thanks.
How do you choose what stays and what goes when they all look mint🤣 cracking, cheers Ricky 👍
Discipline is so important otherwise ponds would always be overstocked. Not easy though.
Some great Showa's in there, with great potential - space in my pond for a couple ??
Only two? 😂 Feel free to contact a dealer koi-wholesale.co.uk/dealers
Ricky may I ask if you use saki color on growing your gosanke tosai? Or just sakit growth? Thanks a bunch
I always mix in a certain percentage of colour.
Do you have sedate in your bowls, those fish are so calm?
Yes there is to prevent damage.
The water temperature in my 11,000 gallon outdoor pond is consistently between 29 to 32 degree celsius over the last 4 months Ricky. Is that good or bad?
It’s too warm but I guess there is very little you can do about it other than getting big chillers.
@@KoiWholesale But nothing happened drastically to the koi over the past one year Ricky. They all appear energetic & healthy even in these higher temperatures especially in the past summer without the use of any chillers. I wonder 🤔
@@arvindganapathi7173 if they’ve been then great. Sometimes at those temps oxygen and digestion can be an issue. Also maintaining colour quality can be hard.
Spot on Rick. There was a slight dip in color especially in the few metallic varieties that is there in my pond. Would be overjoyed & over the moon if you could come here to our pond in Animoor, Tamil Nadu, Southern India some day or get a chance to meet you in the UK ☺
Would be an absolute privilege
You must see some real changes in koi i couldnt pick a small koi and get a stunner colours change so much at young ages ( i have a feeling you have soft spot for showa 😅) that 1 you picked with lots sumi i loved , when you say when it gets in cooler water colours will deepen does weather have effects on koi i know they need sun for some uv and know in a way feeding colour foods is like steroids and is always good to give them month or 2 of little or no food to let them de stress
Honestly it’s something that only experience can help with. Eventually they get easier to read but Tosai are always unpredictable.
