I don't think it was a matter of Rome and Genevieve being Teeny's real partnership, I think it was just a matter of Genevieve being Teeny's chosen partnership and Rome not being an option to cut.

From what they put on the show, this was an awful move from Teeny. If they truly wanted Rome out first, they could've tried to trick him into banking the idol & using it as a fake for later, then blindside him. Or if there was genuine fear of him using it on Genevieve, do a 2-2-2 split & vote the other out on the revote. There were options if they truly wanted to work with Aysha. It just feels like 98% of the story was cut for the move to make sense. Also, it made me mad that nobody spelled Aysha's name correctly that voted her out.
@cep3608 I know that, I specifically said as a fake for later. He would still have possession of the physical idol, it just wouldn't have any power. Fake idols have existed for a long time & have been successful bluffs before. The one not paying attention is you, for not reading past an ampersand.

From what was shown on the episode, Teeny had plenty of means to stop Rome from getting his way, but rolled over. As his retired moniker states, he grew up in the urban dmv area n was always deemed corny n therefore never was able to attract the black women he wanted. To add more insight, he adopted the name to give himself street cred and attached himself to/managed the battle rap group "the goonies" highlighted ny the star nu jersey twork. After tons of drama that easily searchable, he ultimately got fired by the goonies n eventually twork, was banned from the battle rap community n then faked his death so he could feel like he left on his own terms. She tried to play the social bully game in a Tevin-Venus way, where u put someone on the bottom socially and make sure the others knows this person is at the bottom, for no other reason than u not liking them. That's the game she tried to play. Not strategic nor social, just personal. That's why she tried to make fun of everything Rome does, to tell her tribe "hey, this person at the bottom bcs I can't stand them". And I feel like she got a free bonus life bcs Teeny recognized her and tried to save her when she came back empty handed from a journey.
