Nothing like some good low kicks whenever we're sparring. Still trying to get efficient with my low kicks in a combination because I usually lose balance or the target is moving away while im doing the combo - but its probably down to my footwork.

Joe i got a question and i know you might be biased but... Do you think it's easier for an elite striker to get good BJJ and wrestling for MMA or an elite ground fighter(either BJJ or wrestling) to get good striking to compete in high level MMA.
Why did I think he knocked out his training partner in the intro. lol
they should put these series on Netflix, entertaining and educational as fuck. i watch these series above any other shows on Netflix or any other kickbox series for

Costa wouldn't last a round on the feet, he is just way too hittable and Joe is the perfect combination of pressure, power and precision.

I think Costa would be too arrogant to use grappling, last time he fought a world class kickboxer it didn't end up well for him because he taught being bigger and stronger was enough to win any striking battle.
@@51dodoc bro he is not stupid. izzy has one of the best takedown defence in the game shooting on him is waste of energy for strikers. aint no way joe is beating him in mma
