    Awesome ! after i tried weekly planning, time blocking, 4 quadrants to dos etc... both on digital and paper tools .. I arrive to the same conclusion than yours.. A simple journal with 3 that i write preferably before bedtime. I still use other tools but this is the keystone of my system. I also review the day with notes, gratitudes and affiramtions to keep me on tracks... all in that one journal.

    Great job Griff! I definitely love the power list. It seems like that can be something that you can really incorporate into a routine. In tandem with bullet journaling is a win!

    What I do is I write everything I need to do the day before, then I check them off throughout the day.

      @@griffduncan yeah, I need to get one the 75 hard thing lol. And I've been meaning to go back to the powerlist episode and start implementing it everyday. It helps me break things down and feel like I'm making daily progress instead of trying to do everything at once.
