This kick designer plugin is in another level! thanks for showcasing the new features, and also congrats to the devs for the incredible contrubution to the community!
This is the best Kick plugin on the market! its intuitive, fast & you get what you want how you want when you want it. I love Kick2... that thing is a beast & I have many presets for it.. but... man KickDrum is killing it & unless im after my presets I only reach for KickDrum.
Got the Audija Kick because of your last videos, this is also a very welcome follow up. If the devs read the comments, then please let us also shape and work on the click of the kick with the next update :)
Definitely a good plugin, I'm overviewing the features and the dev is def someone who knows what meticulous sound designers want. And there's definitely a lot more that can be done with this than just kick design, a whole list of percussive and impact sounds can be already designed even with the lacking noise module. Unfortunately I cannot really buy stuff I absolutely don't need at the moment, even at the discounted early access price. I can more or less use Phase Plant, even if the process isn't as streamlined.
@@Projektor_music Thanks for the info! I'll see what I'll be able to do. It's a highly specialized plugin, I've not seen anything more efficient for ground up kick sample making.
this looks pretty good. want to go from samples to making my own kicks and was wondering if it is actually worth it using a dedicated drum/kick synth. until i found Audija Kickdrum 2 through you, i thought it would just be for a faster workflow with something like kick 2 or geonkick, but i think the time based additive options here are pretty unique (or can i do that in phase plant/serum/vital?), combined with the fact that the sine is fixed at the end point and the low price, it seems to be a no brainer. regarding the sample layer option critique and checking it in an oscilloscope: would the click layer not be too short AND too high in pitch to cause problems with kick/bass phase relation? and even if this is not the case, in kickdrum the endpoint of the waveform is fixed at the zero point, so no issues should arise anyway? am i overlooking something, or were you referring to something else phase related there?
the high frequencies of the kick itself will phase cancel with the high frequencies in the click layer, which means you get a different tone than you assume you get when you play both solo'd but that is something you can work around... it's a perception thing...
It is good that developer is responding! One question, do you think this plugin is capable of producing UPLIFTING TRANCE kicks or rather can produce Psytrance kicks? What are your thoughts?
yeah hence the kick2 killer title (I believe it's all together no?). It does have a dedicated click module in the sampler. for now you just have to provide your own samples but it's still in BETA of course...
What if you used a loop of your baseline for the sample, and mixed them in the plug in...?!!! you could modulate the bass tone to what ever you wanted!
Can EQ bell curves be tightened say the mouse wheel and a key or something like that? Also I imagine you can automate pitch changes in the kick of the root note.
A very responsive developer. He fixed a bug in the new beta in just a few hours. Respect 👍👍
yeah he is amazingly communicative and works really hard! respect to Jan!
Mate, you're relentless with sharing your production skills. Hats off to you 👏🏻
Thanks man!
even more complicated kick drum generator? awesome, now i can enjoy even MORE TIME(!) endlessly tweaking my kicks without ever committing xD
skill issue :)
@@Projektor_music we have all been there though.))
Great plugin and keep up the great work .. Always sharing something interesting. Big respect my man ... K.i.M
With only a few included samples this can easily be used to make snares too
Amazing plug-in
amazing developer

I love this plugin ,I recommend to everyone 😂❤
same here!
Bought it 😁 It can make awesome kicks!
it does indeed!
Awesome, bought it yesterday.
are you gonna use it to kill batman?
@@Projektor_music haha for sure!
So damn cool, its more than a kick vst now
yeah it will be able to do a lot more!
I didn't notice if the sample could be changed in colour. Pretty crucial for tracing waveforms

yeah it's great and I think it will stay on sale for maybe another month or 2 but really IDK...

A more neutral (dark grey) theme would be a nice feature.
Honestly I like the current skin. it has a bit of a charm! but I get your point...

It still mess with my head that you my guy is from Italy. Very well spoken english!
ahah thanks!
@@Projektor_music based purely on your accent, I thought you are a Dutch native speaker!

I think it can make basically any kind of kick!
Reminds me of Sonic Academy Kick 2. Does it not have dedicated 'clicks'? A click module would be great.

IDK but there might be a cool technique there. I'd need to experiment with that...

I don't think that is possible...
@@Projektor_music All good anyhow. Thanks
I purchased it some months ago. But on my account I can only see release 1.3.0. and not the beta. Where to find it ?
you should be able to select the version you want to download from a dropdown... since you already own it, it will show up there
@@Projektor_music Thanks, it works 🙂
Multiband processing at some point.
that could be usefull for stuff like hardstyle...
@@Projektor_music I reckon you would find a way.
Multiband clipping would be good, just go easy.
