Here are the ingredients:
For the classic cabbage:
- about 170g of cabbage
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of nuoc mam
- 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
- 2 vs of rice vinegar
For the sesame vinaigrette:
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp of toasted sesame
