    材料:500克糯米、25克虾米、5个香菇、2根腊肠、10个红葱头、100克花生、1勺绍兴酒、1勺胡椒粉、青葱、香菇水
    酱汁:半勺白糖、少许热水、1勺生抽、1勺蚝油、半勺老抽、2勺清水
    1)香菇、腊肠切丁、虾米切碎、红葱头切片备用
    2)把花生冷锅放入,加入油,慢火炸至无泡沫取出放凉加入少许盐搅拌均匀
    3)锅留底油,爆香红葱头,再加入虾米一起爆香后加入腊肠&香菇一起翻炒至香味呈现加入1勺绍兴酒
    4)倒入糯米,翻炒3-40分钟;过程中加入香菇水翻炒10分钟,盖上盖子小火焖2分钟,重复3次至糯米全熟
    5)全熟后加入1勺胡椒粉、调好的酱汁翻炒均匀&葱花翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
    6)装盘,撒上葱花&花生粒,香喷喷的生炒糯米饭就做好了👍🏻

    3) Leave some oil in the pan, sauté the shallots until fragrant, then add the dried shrimp and saute until fragrant, then add the Chinese sausage & mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine
    4) Pour in the glutinous rice and stir-fry for 3-40 minutes; during the process, add mushroom water and stir-fry for 10 minutes, cover with a lid and simmer for 2 minutes, repeat 3 times until the glutinous rice is fully cooked
    5) After fully cooked, add 1 tbsp of pepper, the prepared sauce and stir fry evenly & chopped green onion stir fry evenly and then serve
    6) Put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion & peanuts, the fragrant fried glutinous rice is ready👍🏻
