any way to prevent it from unpairing from the tv? my remote i guess from inactivity justs unpair by itself, stops working i have to pair again

It doesn't come with any software so there are no adjustments for timeout or sleep settings

Can i use BT (Dpad on android TV) and IR TV at the same time?

Well the D pad cannot perform two functions at the same time so if it's paired of your Bluetooth it will control Android TV. However the blue buttons will work via infrared review program them to the TV. You should also have a look at the BPR2S plus model as it has more buttons.
