The process works for any engine swapped vehicle, so long as you get the manuals for both the Body you have and the Engine you plan to swap into it. Blake-- Get a body mounted Microphone (wireless or wired) set up and connect to your cameras Audio Inputs--- this will improve production value and allow us to hear you clearly at all times..
Such important work and information-- but we are having to ride the volume nob just to hear you...

I'm curious how hard it would be to make diy signal to cable drive adaptor, using arduino. I might go this way since all my gauges are annoyingly innaccurate. I really appreciate your work and effort.

hey guys love the videos, i have a speedhut tach and 2004 hemi in a 66 d100 , do i have a tach output from ecu or do i need to hook to coil of one of plugs negative or trigger wires? thanks again
Hi, I know its a long shot but i run off ideas. Have a 08 5.7 Hemi swapped already into a 90 Ram, everything works but the speedometer and the pcm doesnt know the speed either, so wont let me pass above 60 mph. I have read some and find that I can use a Sgi-5 and a Rostra to get the speedometer to the pcm and then to the Gauges, is that right? Thanks in advance

You can use these processes even if the powertrain is canbus controlled. The only difference is a canbus speedometer signal will need an appropriate adapter
Blake, that Hemi has been on the floor now for more than 2 months. You obviously don't want to put it into the truck, so I have an idea. How about I put my 65' Coronet 500 on my trailer and bring it to you for this engine and trans?? You can make the videos showing everyone how it's done and I'll provide the nice car people will want to see it going into!! It's a win/win!!! How does that work for you??

have not yet! But we aren't against them. We eventually will be going to non-mopar bodies to have some more fun with our swap harnesses later on. We'd love to see others do it too though
@DIYHEMI Im in the process of swapping a hemi from a 2006 durango and 45ffe from a Dakota. Into 2007 audi a4, the mechanical and fabrication is the easy part. Getting my original cluster to work is going to be challenging

Jonny mopar suggested for us to come iver an check u guys out an to subscribe an that is what i did .. im curios an intrested to watch your videos as i have 2002 Dodge Ram 2wd regular cab shortbox with original 5.9 magnum 360 .. cold air intake long tube headers trual dual exhaust with comp aftermarket street cam new stock hydraulic roller lifters true dbl roll timing chain an valve springs with dampener.. works well with factory 4 speed automatic.. 392 surgrip rear gears an truck only has 85 thousand miles on it . Windering how easy be to swap over to hemi.. do you have a video or two of doing this swap on this year make an model of my truck ??!!! I gonna look an see an stay subbed to you guys .. any suggestions what yiu do with my truck i be gkad to have ur advice .. im diabled an in wheelchair at 50 yrs old jus happened this summer due to incurable health disease.. but it dont stop me from working in my truck now an go crusing an racing !!!
