I like this man's moral compass. He is a human employer, not a box store or a brand name. A real person. If only all employers could see past the price of their stock and the size of their bank accounts to the individuals that work for them, we would all be a happier people. I like that he gets it. His has discovered the secret to his success---it comes down to successful relationships; those of the individual teams on the mountain, custoer relationships in the store, the way the staff gets along, family relationships with each other and the business, and his business and family's role in the whole community. Most importantly, he cares about his relationship with God.
If you use up your staff, wear them out, cheat them, and never let them grow or advance, they won't stick with you for long. If someone that works for you is struggling, take a closer look. Is there something else the employee could do for you instead? Maybe that person is phenomenal at something else and could really shine in a new role. If you want your business to grow you have to want your people to grow too.

Nice, I lived down in salida before and would go up the the hot springs there all the time by mt antero mt white and mt princeton, it was the mt princeton hot springs, you should definitely hit it up time to time for recovery days from mining, lots of luck and super jelly

Just ran my rig to 13,800 on Mt. Antero. I saw there operation. Mad respect for the miners and owners !!! Unbelievable place up there. It's like Mars.
I have to say I'm a subscriber that loves watching all the great finds you make as there's not much I can do anymore after having two strokes back to back in Feb of 2021, one month before my 30th birthday and it brings me smile after smile getting to see all the aquamarine being found by you and everyone in your family and crew. It's also my birthstone and maybe someday I'd like to see the peaks of Mt. Antero and find a few stones that are the symbol for the month of march I was born in that way I can make something for my kids to carry around with them so they have a symbolic meaning of me close by to think of as I never know what the future holds and will be having heart surgery soon, remember keep up all the great work and have a blessed and wonderful life and y'all keep doing what you do I look forward to seeing more in the future. :)

What you guys did for Jake was so amazing. He’s a great young man. He really deserved to be rewarded for all the good he does. Not many people are in a position to reward others as you are, so it’s really awesome to see you rewarded Jake. That’s was a great video he posted on his channel. You good folks are exactly the reason I joined the Army in 1995, served 18 years and deployed to combat in Iraq four times for a total of 3.5 years in hostile fire zones. You are the kind of Americans I was prepared to die for and thankfully didn’t have too. I lost a few Army buddies to combat, then some to suicide after the war ended. Now I work in the security industry. I also am a survival expert and starred on Discovery Channel’s ‘Ultimate Ninja Challenge’ walked away a winner. So I’ve been following Jake’s channel for a few years. He’s a good kid, I’m almost 50 and can easily see him as a Son. He’s growing up to be a sharp young man. I wish all of you great success. God bless us all…

I can’t get over to Colorado so I’ve found the closest location I can that Aquamarine beryl has been found and thats in Scotland. Wish me luck my soul strongly resonates with Aquamarine, it’s connected to Poseidon.

I’m not sure if you do this already bc the videos don’t show every single day of your ops, but doing “surprise” treats for the crew. Like a special meals like high end steaks, seafood 🦞 or something. These special treats/rewards would help boost moral when they least expect it but then in turn next day they are guna have an a second wind, endorphins are high and will get a good return on your investment.
I over saw some staff at a bank and I would bring them naked juices, and scratchers unannounced and they absolutely loved it. I would see an increase in effort for sales.
Aquamarine is my birth stone. I would love to come on vacation for a paid dig after this pandemic blows over of course. 💞

You have no idea this is my absolute dream. I would work for you for free just for the experience literally. It's literally the most beautiful thing that I've ever seen. I've always been a nature freak I live in Ohio there is cool nature stuff here. But it's way different there. LOL when they're digging and find the aquamarine it literally brings a tear to my eye because that's like my dream to do something like that. But unfortunately I live in a state where that's not accessible on a scale like it is somewhere like there. And I don't know anybody at all and would never know where to start but it's my dream and it sucks and I can't make it come true.
