One day, I will be out there to get me some blue! I'd love the real experience of just trying to find some blue, let alone be out there on Mt. Antero! I could imagine that would be an awesome job, I enjoy being outdoors every day. Would be awesome to be up there with the staggering views!

Love the extraordinary geology of Mt Antero. That it produces so many wonderful gems and combinations there-in is exceptional. Aotearoa-New Zealand may be beautiful and has extraordinary birdlife, and the gorgeous pounamu (greenstone, nephrite) but nothing like what areas of the USA produces in gems. _mihi mo te tiri_ (Thanks for sharing with us)

I love this channel I've seen every episode and I've been up to the mine to look at it. It's way beyond what you think I'll tell you that !! Those mountains are the steepest in Colorado and working up there is no Joke.

I find your work up on the Mountain absolutely fascinating. As an Operating Engineer of heavy equipment. The stuff you do intrigues me. Mostly setting up a Water Tank process to hydro-wash your zones. You did that one show of the Pond down a slope. I would have used that Pond as a Pumping station for wash water recovery, pumping station to move water to hoses. Then power wash your work area like they do Gold Mining. Diesel Heaters would be used to heat your pump station holding tank when needed.
Have you tried hydro-washing that high up on a mountain, or is it not practical?
