LEGO Technic Tractor PTO Test

- Testing my newly added PTO for my classic red tractor MOC.
The PTO takes its power straight from the engine and can be engaged or disengaged via a lever mechanism. It can run independently from the rest of the drivetrain so it remains operational even when the tractor is not in motion.
Because the tractor only uses a large PF motor the PTO is not the strongest, however it provides sufficient torque for small attachments and with a gear reduction it could probably also power heavier equipment.
The PTO shaft also features a shield which is normally added for the safety of the operator.
I’d like to also use this as a reminder to always be mindful around PTO’s as they can be extremely dangerous and lead to serious injury or death when handled carelessly. Видеоклипы
Next challenge will be adding a 3 point hitch. Not sure if it will be possible due to the battery box which is already an eyesore, but I'll give it a shot!
If you were wondering the irl counterpart of this tractor is the polish ursus c-360
@@polishkid7718 the Ursus was actually one of the inspirations for this build! I live in Poland as well, and I’ve already seen quite a few of them! They are really good looking tractors in my opinion
@@maximefeyten5774 I really like them too. My grandad has a c-330 and it's a beautiful machine
Lego should make that a set if it already isnt
This is awesome. Beautifully done and the functions are outstanding! There are countless attachments available to build now with the working PTO! Amazing work! Well done. If you ever have instructions available I’d definitely purchase them!
Awesome tractor but it would be even more awesome if you changed the firing order which is usually 1-3-4-2 in 4-sylinder engines. Looks like it is also easy to change.
Thanks a lot! :D
the engine is actually a 2 cylinder, what you're seeing on the side are the pushrods for the valves :)
If you're interested, here's a video on the valve timing: ruclips.net/video/myEWQ-bYTW8/видео.html
And a video where you can see the engine outside of the tractor: ruclips.net/user/shortsmBUT3aPs7Gc?feature=share
Oh nice, there are real sylinders behind. Great work squeezing that engine there! Forget my comment :D
@@harmikko3753 Thanks! The engine was one of the main points I focused on for this build, so the rest of the tractor was kind of built around it. Having the valves and everything just adds this extra layer of realism :D
Awesome. Nice work! Good luck with the 3 point!
Thank you so much!
The 3 point is a challenge but I’m slowly figuring it out :D
Incredible. Simply amazing. Engineering masterpiece.
Thank you so much for the support! It really means a lot!
Still waiting on that bushog.....
Lmao keep it up brother, insane work you're doing here.
haha one day it'll be ready!
Thank you so much, really appreciate the support!
WoW. Fantastic engine!
thank you so much! :D
Wow! This is impressive!
thank you so much, and thanks for the sub as well! I really appreciate it! :D
That is so cool
So beautiful!
Thank you! :)
Engine noise is spot on!
thank you! It's one of the reasons why I went through the trouble of building an engine with synced valves, it just adds so much character to the build :D
This is awesome!
thanks a lot! :)
Very nice
thank you! :)
is the other engine supposed to be a pushrod? it looks incredible
The tractor engine is a 2-inline pushrod design (the 4 parts going up and down are the pushrods), the green one is just a “fake” design :)
Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
its so cool ahhh
Thank you! :D
Vc é demais cara
Nice
Thanks man! :D Good to see you here haha
Again, I am just bewildered on how this is done.
thank you so much for your support and comments on my videos! It really means a lot!
If you have instuctions for the tractor and pto including parts list iwould love to buy them. My Uncle restores tractors and has a collection of die cast tractors id like to build this for him
Please can you made instruction .Btw beaultifull tractor.
Jelly instruction
What's the purpose of propelling that xl motor under fake engine at the trailer (via shaft from tractor?)
There’s no real purpose other than to demonstrate the PTO. I didn’t have anything else to connect it to so I temporarily disconnected the xl motor and just powered the fake engine via the shaft.
The PTO is strong enough to overcome the motor though.
Thank you for watching! :)
How much do you want to build me one and ship it to im in south Carolina
Good afternoon! Can I ask you for a tractor manual? I'm willing to pay for it)
Gibt es dafür auch eine anleitung
Leider noch nicht, aber sobald der Traktor fertig ist werde ich daran arbeiten :)
Can I get this.
Vou querer tutorial
Obrigado!
Once the whole tractor is finished I will start working on a tutorial, but it will probably take some time :)
Plis tutorial 😢😢😢😢😢
