Please let me know if you teach for any of these companies and what your experience has been like. Thanks!
I teach for Landi. I've only been doing this for 3 months so I don't have much to base my experience on but I really like it. And I love my kids!
I have been with VIPKID for 2.5 years. It's a great job!
Thanks for a great video
No worries man! 😃
I enjoyed this but am curious about how the numbers are calculated - are they google searches? So cool and really well done! What happened to 51 Talk, they just tanked in 2019! Love your content. -tim
Thanks man! I watched a couple of your videos last night actually!! I have the same camera as you 😁 The data is from an app called similarweb, you type in a list of websites and it shows you the analytics. This is based on amount of visitors to the websites, probably not the most accurate way to classify them but didn't work out too badly. No idea what happened to 51talk!
I work for VIPKid and iTutorGroup, and enjoy them both, but definitely prefer VIPKid quite a bit more. I also work for Outschool (not ESL, but it is an awesome online teaching platform!) Thanks for sharing. I'm your newest subscriber :)
Thank you so much!! 😃
Class m8! Like one of those coronavirus trackers but for online schools hahah pluse loving the music track
Keep it up with the unqiue content, nice to venture out from the bread n butter of games
Haha cheers man, that's where I got the idea from! Yeah just trying to mix it up a bit... Wasn't sure how people would react but seems to be doing really well in views so far! I use that song in loads of my videos! Love it 😁
Interesting. I am surprised there is no Qkids!
Yeah I was surprised by that aswell! I thought they were one of the bigger companies. I got the data for about 30 of what I thought were the biggest/most popular schools. Qkids was one of them but never got in the top 10.
Great work & info
Thanks! Appreciate it 😁
I work for 51Talk and have done for five years. As far as my students are aware, 51Talk is still one of the top companies in China, so I'm not sure about this data. Numbers of students certainly shot up over the pandemic.
Hi Sara, the data was taken from the number of daily visitors to the school's websites. Not very accurate for amount of students etc
@@ina-tajwedwab2486 they are hiring right now!
Cambly! And I love it!
Thanks!
Hi there!May I ask for which companies are you currenty working for?And do you know companies that hire non-native speakers?
Why did 51Talk disappear, aren't they still very high up in the top 3? Where is Qkid, itutor...?
Hi Jason, i selected from a list of about 30 companies of what I thought were the biggest/most popular. I may have missed a few in the process. No idea why 51talk dropped out. Stayed in 11th place based on the data.
@@AndyTheESLGuy Where did you get this data from?
Hey, it's from an app called similarweb. You type in the website names and it compares the data over a period of time.
Itutor is in as well, the website is itutorgroup
Wow, Dada went up by millions of hits during the pandemic, but had to cut wages 25 percent because of the pandemic....poor Dada...
Really?!? That's shocking!
@@AndyTheESLGuy Yeah, I quit rather than believe their lies. This video proves I was right. I was saying that the pandemic was NOT responsible for a loss of revenue for Dada but that they had more lessons than ever. Apologists implied that i was a whiner.
