I had Vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery January 2017 and revision to gastric bypass surgery February 2020 due to severe acid reflux and Barrett’s Esophagus.

My appetite is just so bad… this pain, it can be a bit all consuming at times & wrecks my already low appetite. I’m definitely trying to increase my protein & veggie intake though and I appreciate the reminder. I am so fortunate to have such a amazing group of gals who are watching out for me. Thank you! 🌷💕
Hi Jenn! O my goodness! You don’t know how many times I have thought about you! I have been on gabapentin and Cymbalta myself for quite a while now because of my fibromyalgia. So I understand about the meds.

You will be doing this for the rest of your life try an antidepressant sometimes you need a little boost. I use to take Contrave. For cutting craving center down on food, it had half Wellbutrin in it and the other worked on hypothalamus not speed and it worked I loved the way Wellbutrin made me feel
I get the injury I weaned myself off gabapentin I have permanent nerve damage in left little finger and right middle finger, I broke up my dogs from fighting. Had an open crushed fractured finger tip on pinky 3 years later I have a some sort of a nail and had a puncture right finger tendon. 6 weeks later back in hospital 1 week had surgery on both fingers again and had osteomyelitis spent a week in the hospital and 6 weeks pick line Abx. Both hands are affected. So sorry now both fingers had surgery on 2 years ago have trigger fingers. I retired as an rn not able to do my job my right middle finger is slightly contracted.
That’s hard. I miss my job so much… my coworkers, the paycheck!! When I was working I dreamed of not having to work, weird how our lives can change so drastically so quickly!! 🌷
How is your arm? Are you now in a splint? I was in a cast too. I broke my wrist and thumb playing soccer. I had my third cast removed months ago. How come don't you visit a doctor to check your arm? Best wishes and take care. Have a wonderful weekend
I wear several different braces now. I see my doctor frequently, saw him just today actually. Not much they can do because my fracture healed, but it’s the extensive nerve damage that’s the problem. 🌷
