For those who are complaining that it is Indian only and not Asian as a whole it is bcoz this is British comedy and in UK the term Asian generally refers to South Asians due to historical reasons- UK's Indian empire and the large South Asian diaspora in UK
Satire at its best.
Three year non-clinical medical degree, haha. 13 year management degree.

Oh u shut up meanie banana.
It depends on the Perception, like IN US , CANADA - ASIAN people think only CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN coz of their IMMIGRANTS
.
IN Europe - ASIAN is more Seen as INDIAN, PAKISTANI, SAUDI, ISARAELI, coz of IMMIGRANTS.
.
Hope YOU KNOW the ASIA MAP THE GEOGRAPGHY
Because in UK, most ethnic Asian groups are indian and Pakistani. So for brits, it's mostly Indian as pakistanis are almost same as Indians.
