- Our 2nd Thanksgiving as a family of 12 living in NYC 🧡! Our 11th little one should be here around December 6th! Marc made the Turkey earlier in the day. It took about 5 hours to cook. He cooked it perfectly! We accidentally put lavender instead of rosemary on the Turkey but it was actually yummy! We had a zoom call with Papa and Grandma and brought in the Christmas Season with a carol sing with Papa. Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! 🦃🧡🍁
Happy Thanksgiving. The children’s singing to their grandparents, was amazing. I could listen to them for hours. May God continue to bless them.

May I suggest if it interests you, the lights in this living space could be more yellow and dimmer, maybe try using some small lampa here and there especially at meal time. It helps children and everyone with relaxation… white lights are a thing of modern times and they cause anxiety, hormone disorders and sleep disorder. Wish you the best fam. ❤

One of my new favorite videos! The cherry on top was the ending. The singing by the older children was so beautiful. The food looked “ Gorden Ramsey” worthy and I’m sure delicious! All the children helping prepare and serve was so nice. You can feel the love in this family. Amber and Marc have done a fabulous job raising these children to be polite, loving and outstanding citizens. Happy Thanksgiving!

My Mom always had a jello salad. It was lime jello, cream cheese, crushed pineapple and pecans. We always called Green Stuff. She would have Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter. If it wasn’t on the table someone would always ask where’s the green stuff. Also we too had peas at Thanksgiving but we had creamed peas. My Dad was not overly fond of green vegetables. He tolerated green beans as long as mom made them (southern cook-cooked them for hours with fat back) but he really liked creamed peas.

After supper when we were young we would always sing after the meal.I had 8 brothers and sisters.Mom would start us of.It was mostly Country music or just you are my sunshine or old celtic music.My point is I will cherish those happy times with my family.

We always let the wishbone dry overnight, that way it breaks easily!! Happy belated Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas. Hug each other tight because you never know how long you have with each other. My beautiful mama passed away 7 days after Thanksgiving. She was perfectly fine on Thanksgiving and then she suffered a severe stroke 5 days later and passed on Nov 30th. The loss of our mom is just devestating. 😢💔

Happy Thanksgiving! I love how everyone pitches right in to cook, to clean, to help Mo, etc. The puzzle was a nice family activity for a slower pace, but still together in shifts. The choir was angelic. They have beautiful voices. How nice that Grandma and Papa zoom called. Technology does make the world smaller. A zoom call is the next best thing to being there in person. The meal looked delicious. Thank you for sharing with us. I felt at times the older kids didn't like being on camera. I understand that. They just want to relax. They were all good sports. I feel like I almost know all of you. The love and patience shines through from the whole family. This was a happy ending to my day. Amber, I hope you continue to feel well in the final countdown. Thank you! I’m not sure what we will do on Sunday. Often our treat depends on the weather!😅 No ice cream if it’s below 45 degrees. We switch to hot chocolate!🥰
