  • 90 - 99% of our brains run on the subconscious level-400 b-b-billion actions per second! 🤯
But can your thoughts really make you sick?? It’s the million dollar question!
    The short answer is yes.
    But how?
Your subconscious mind is constantly running programs from stored memories in your brain. These memory pathways are often tainted by the sin and brokenness of this world. Left unchecked, the brain gets locked in fear and drives disease-and that creates additional opportunities for the enemy to speak more lies into your life.
As you filter the lies and your experiences (unknowingly in the subconscious), they manifest into physical realities. They change your posture, the way you walk, the tone of your voice and even how your body functions.
God knows the power of memories! Jesus instituted communion and told us to do it over and over so that we re-member and re-connect ourselves back to His faithfulness.
When you change or prune those old memory pathways away from trauma, sadness, guilt and shame into the Kingdom of God, the structure and function of the brain changes, too. You enter rest and digest. You enter into His peace.
With a structured program that targets these subconscious processes, you can do this, friend!

Matthew 8:17 (ESV) This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.”

The only example i can think of from scripture where there is an implication of a person sickness linked to their past...the man at the pool side crippled for 38 years.
In the OT Job is an example of a person inflicted with sickness.
In the NT Jesus healed the woman bound by a satan with an infirmity for 18 years.
I appreciate your sharing and teaching and I am finding it all super interesting.
We overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and by testifying to ALL that Jesus accomplished at Cross.
    Rev. 12:11

This is a really good video which kind of culminates so many modalities I have been studying over the past year but all come down to the same thing.
Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones

Hello, nice video. Do you happen to know of a book that in a basic (uncomplicated) and very effective way can help one to change their brain through Christ? TY!

Unfortunately, no, there's no book out there that I'm aware of. However, Dr. Caroline Leaf has some good books that might be helpful.

@@breakatrin Thanks for your reply. I have one of Dr. Leaf's books and in theory and what she has written are fantastic! But after trying and trying to follow its methods, honestly, it's too complicated. I wished she had spelled out a couple of different examples of individuals that used the method and exactly what that looks like. Often people who are in the place to use a book like that are suffering from health conditions or other life conditions, and it needs to be REALLY spelled out and easy to do. At least and easy starting point. I SO appreciate your suggestion though because it is a great book.

Healing the sick by TL Osborne, my favorite book. It's changed my life and relationship to God.

Do you ever used or recommended tech like Brain Tap, with the mind renewal/re-patterning process in Christ?

    • @breakatrin
      @breakatrin  3 месяца назад

Brain retraining through a structured program is enough, but sometimes people do find it helpful to do other things to help them with rewiring. I mostly recommend somatics, Christian mind-body movement, and laughter exercises. Not that tapping is necessarily bad but it's not something I generally steer people toward.

I have used brain tap along with the other modalities Brea mentioned. I found it helpful and easier to focus after brain tap
