    穿心腿法用於攻擊對手胸腹部及襠部。也是經典指上打下的招式。此腿法在少林拳法中常用, 像是隨意出擊,實質出擊速度超級輕快, 至重創對手.
    穿心腿是腿法中力度較猛的一種技術,可放長擊遠,命中率較高,且對方難以防守。穿心腿易學又難掌握好的腿法, 非長期訓練不可. 穿心腿分前後踢法, 後穿心腿更為凶猛,可重創對手。
    要點: 屈膝上提要充分,且與蹬腿要連貫。要運用送髖之力使腿放長擊遠,在踢擊中後迅速回收, 膝關節不可僵住,收腿要快速,以產生更大的威力。
    The Front kick is used to attack the opponent's upper body, such as chest, abdomen and crotch. It is also a classic kick application of combining with fake move. This kicking method is commonly used, looking like a random attack, the actual attack speed is super quick, and it can even severely injure the opponent.
    Front kick is a powerful technique in the kick sparring. It can be reaching long distances, having a high hit rate, and is difficult for the opponent to defend. Front kick is easy to learn but difficult to master. It requires long-term training. It is divided into front and back kicks, and the back-kick is more fierce and can severely damage the opponent.
    Key points: Lifting knees should be sufficient and consistent with the kicking, and the force of delivering the hips should strike the target far enough. Retreating quickly after hitting the point, the knee joint should not be stiff. The Leg should retract with speed in order to generate greater power.

    In the Buk Sing Choy Lee Fut because of the connection with Kui Jerng the front kick is practiced by pulling the knee to the chest and then pushing it forward with the shoulders moving forward, not backwards, when Mastered the knee bounces off the chest and thrusts forward with no telegraph coming from the dropping back of the shoulders , it was this thrust kick that gave Master Poon Lam the nickname Ghost Kick
