The best thing was his personality, he trains like a warrior even at his age but none of that super serious egotistical personality...no gangster shit. He's giggling and laughing like an innocent kid. Great guy!
He is so inspirational and such a great personality. Like I have told my children, you don't have to act like a bad dude to be a bad dude. Some of the toughest men I have ever met have also been the nicest.

@@billdoor3140 he is doing 2finger push up variation. Notice the elbow angle when he go down is 90° and the arm is fully straight when he go up. He just stabilize the legs and hips while he bring the torso up and down. His body is not waving to call it a worm. You can not understand because you do not even do even a single push up. His variation is very explosive that translate to his punches.
People can learn so much from this guy. Despite being in his 60s, he still maintains great health and mindset. No anger, only full of happiness. Absolutely inspiring.
many martial schools throughout the world is still very loyal to martial arts despite being poor. they still struggle to keep school open with extra business i guess. like in US, they have martial arts schools for kids lol babysit kids? lol. In Japan, they have some kind of restaurants and bar business. In china, dance performance, boxing performance? .

His form might not be perfect for some exercises, but besides that the training is amazing. Simply maintaining a hold on so few finger for that duration is impressive and as he said for his own goals and at his age even some incomplete form exercises are definitely amazing.
Agreed...even with bad form, MOST people half his age can't do these exercises with those numbers, let alone be consistent with a routine like this! Much respect to this guy!

No offence but coming from a boxing background I see 60 year old trainers doing this stuff all the time but with correct form ..how can you train for 45 years and not know how to do a push up? He looked like he was trying to hump the floor.

I might be late to the party here but you know what amazes me the most about him? The question how he is able to pull that routine off every morning from Monday to Friday. And his answer basically is he fears what would happen if he would stop. That's an incredible drive. Not that he actually does the training in fear, no I would imagine he's in peace and feels happiness in knowing he fights of this devil. Simply amazing.

This man is amazing! I'm 48yo and I can't do 1 of the things he does in training. Thinking about it, maybe he's normal, it's me who isn't. It's not an obsession it means living with RIGOR and RESPECT FOR YOURSELF. Martial arts teach this, its real strength is in the mentality, in the situality. I see people physically strong but mentally WEAK, playing "warriors", strong in body but with a weak mind. It is the mental strength that counts, the "KI" that flows in you, allows you to have the RIGOR and the VITALITY necessary to be like him. It's within us that we must seek to find the strength, THEY ARE NOT Zen bullshit, it's all true! You can see the energy flowing in this Master.

This grandpa is really honest with his workouts with positive fun ways to say it facts, 10 reps beginning of chinups obviously it will go smoothly, i find it funny the way he says it with positive ways, looks he is really enjoying his hobby.
