Preparing A Rental House For A New Tenant!

Not cleaning the floor before replacing the toilet gave me the ick factor. Also, it's so easy to clean the baseboards and the water feed pipe to the toilet when it's out of the way.

Enjoyed the video, would have liked to see footage of the back yard before and during the mowing and trimming. Why not clean the floor and toilet before putting it back in place?
