Today we are going old school, we are taking it back to our roots with a good old fashion tech review. The good folks at Sound United sent over these sweet wireless speakers from Denon for me to check out, and they sounded so good I had to tell you guys about them. We are taking a look at the whole line of the Denon Home wirless speaker system. We have the Denon Home 150, the Denon Home 250, and the big daddy, the Denon Home 350. I’m actually satisfied with the mix of videos (tech, whiskey, room design, man shit, etc...) you create.... it’s actually a little scary how we think alike. Work on things that catches our interests.

Can we link the speakers together while using the bluetooth connection? My mother will want to use RUclips or whatever app on her phone with multiple speakers linked. She is looking to get multiple speakers for her house. I don't want her to be limited to the preselected compatible apps in the HEOS app.

Like the new logo/branding! The hat looks amazing, I need that on my bald head. The "Pappa Bear" 350 speaker would go nicely in my home office. Now how do I convince the wife that it would benefit us both... Also, thanks for recommending the Das Offene Mere. I bought two, to put into my rotation. They look great, and smell great. I love the smell of leather in the morning... Okay any time of the day. I am also excited to see how they age with daily use.

Great video as always. Good to see the tech stuff back. As for the speakers, not for me. Nothing will beat a whole house audio system with speakers in the ceiling. These things are huge and not to mention you have to have power at each speaker. Also, Sonos just stopped supporting their first version speakers which caused a shiiiiit storm from their user base. With traditional speakers you upgrade the receiver and you are back in business. Lastly, you said "why would you used wired since everything is wireless?" Well you answered your own question right at the end of the video. You will never beat a wired system's sound quality. Thanks but no thanks.
Have you done an edc Fenix flash light?
The threads are for mounting a on a tripod. Hopefully no one tries to wall mount a 250/350 lol. An 8lb & 14lb speak wall mounted is wild lol.

good review... the thread on bottom is perfectly designed center weight...so you can attach it to a STURDY camera tripod. I use that outside. You did not mention the "presets" that are freaking awesome.. you can go to it... push the button... that can be anything... it can be a playlist or internet radio station.

Hey, I stopped by the tobacco shop last Friday, tried a San Cristobal de La Habana "Prado", (cuban cigar... ) You gotta try one of those, i'd be interested on hearing your notes on it. Cheers.
If you love music and like warm and slightly unnatural colored sound, the Denon Home 150 can be recommended. If you plan to use this to listen to radio via a mobile device, you should steer clear. That fate shares it with many other bluethoot speakers. It certainly does not fit. The sound sounds stuffy, heavy and boxy, it is difficult to perceive ordinary speech. A trick can help something. Use a simple radio, and connect it via Jack-plug via the headset output and the radio sound will be quite good.

how to 2 150 in stereo compare to the 250
The bigger speakers probably have the threads for speaker stands. Ive seen them on other speakers and my dad and I used to use them when creating home theater setups. Definitely interested in picking up a 350 after the review. @jeremysiers

Don’t think so, lots of companies seem to be having an issue with making stuff compatible with HomeKit. Seems it is harder to work within the Apple environment for some reason. It is AirPlay 2 compatible.

Not really. Sound wise, Sonos doesn't even come close to how good these sound.
It's probably for a stand rather than a wall mount.

I discovered while listening to audible books, it’s important to not have characters with the name that sounds even remotely like “Alexa.“ It becomes annoying.
Sonos is where it’s at. Hands down.

These aren’t meant to be for hifi enthusiasts. They are wireless speakers to easily stream music thru your entire home with granular control over zones and individual speakers. It is aimed at 90% of the consumers, not the 10% that consider themselves hifi “enthusiasts”. Most people in that category wouldn’t even consider speakers like this. That being said, they do sound great, and I think even audiophile’s would be impressed with how good the sound is out of such a small package.
