Thanks for the review on this, very nicely done. I currently have two Apple Homepods as a stereo pair. I'm thinking of replacing them with two of these (350's). The homepods lack a bit in the midrange, so hoping these will be a big improvement.

I have 2 of the newest models of these and they sound incredible. You can link them together to play the same thing, or play something different on each one. I usually don't go for these wireless speakers but love the Denon 350 enough to get two. Are the 2020 models 700 dollars? because thats the price now

You need a Heos soundbar to use the home speakers as stereo speakers for watching movies. (Basically the same as for example Sonos or Harman Kardon)
Not true. All you need is a pair of Home speakers and Heos App on your smartphone.

It didn't work for me because it has no HDMI nor ARC connections.....
If you use it with a DHT-S716H or DSW-1H it will work but they have a different design.
I went and bought the Sonos arc and the play one's as rears.
@@Maxzor11 No. My meaning is you don't need soundbar to make Home's to play stereo. Just two of them and Heos App is enough. If you talk surround effects for watching movies than I agree with you. Denons soundbar 516 or 716 is mandatory to have a pair of Home's as back effect speakers. I wish I know how it will affect sound delay. I was thinking of Denon AV-X2700H plus 2x 350 + 2x 150 but Denon's dealer advised me to not do so for delay problem. I'm curious how it works with soundbar instead of AV amplifier. Will it work with no delay??? Soundbar + 2x 350 + 2x 150.?
@@wieslawsobol6818 As far as I have understood from the dealer, the soundbar will act as central en ri+ le fronts and then add two 350 or 150 as rears. So you can't add two 150 as front speakers... Of course you can add them to your multi room system for listening to music but not add them to the surround setup.
In the recommended set up you will have no delay, as I have heard at the dealer. Like I said, I don't think it's possible or recommended to use 2x 150 + 2x 350

350 sounds a lot better then Sonos play 5 gen 2, Sonos don't have hi res audio. Denon have more powerfull sound, lots of deep bass and a wider soundstage 😎😎
