I hope you never stop painting and drawing. Your art is truly special and you inspire me x You have worked so hard to get where you are today and I'm eternally appreciative for all your great efforts x
Hi Shayda, I tend to be very tight and too precise in my painting. So, painting loose florals and wash+botanicals are especially appealing to me. Thank you for all your tutorials. You are a pleasure to watch and listen to. I wish you the best in your new venture.
Well, I had a go. I fluffed up the cedar sprigs, and then it all went to pot. You make it look so easy. I follow quite a few a artists on here and you are by the far the best teacher. I will persevere!
Your e-course is a great idea! I especially love the colour theory and colour mixing. I find a lot of people skip over this as it can be difficult to explain, but as a new watercolours I feel this is essential for me to make the most of my medium. Thanks for all your tutorials :)
I would be into module 4 the most. I really enjoy painting leaves and it is the first thing I always do to warm up. Thank you for all your efforts and time. Watching your videos is always a treat!
I am most interested in how to design and layout a painting. I find I can paint from a copy of someone's work but feel stuck when I want to design something of my own. The last lesson on floral wreaths is best. A wreath is good for any occasion, whether birthdays or weddings or thank you or to hang on a wall. Thank you for your teaching videos. I learn much from them.
All the modules would be amazing but for me Module 4 .....botanicals, brushstrokes for leaves and flowers! I love watching your lovely approach to painting!
Love your tutorials Shayda...they are so easy to follow with your instructions on mixing colours, brush size and stroke, and relaxed delivery. Module 5 of your watercolour course containing ‘perspective’ is of great interest to me. Thank you for all your effort & professionalism to make my drawing/painting experience such a pleasure.
I want to do the lesson, but because I have learned quite a lot about paper and brushes from artists on RUclips, I like the idea of learning color mixing, using the brushes, stretching the paper and all the stuff after that. I have watched you a lot on RUclips, so I would probably skip the intro, though you have a great art teacher personality. The course is a good launching pad for really getting into watercolor.
I have been watching your videos for 6 months now and have learned so much from you. I just love your art and teaching style. So glad you have done a Watercolor course. I think the 5.3 Perspective would be super interesting. Keep up the good work!!
Module 2, because this makes each project for a good start. I also love perspective on color theory and color mixing, the latter as many products mix somewhat differently.
The most interesting part for me is fundamentals, mainly color theory and mixing your paints. It allows you to learn more about painting in general and, since watercolor palettes can be very expensive, it is very useful at the beginning, when you have to purchase all the other supplies too.
Module 6 because I'm interested to see how you pick and choose different leaves and flowers to put into a project and have them complement each other well
Congratulations on completion of your e course. Fundamentals are what I'm most interested in the most right now. I just can't seem to mix colors very well. I love all of your videos. You are so inspiring and this wreath is so delicate and beautiful. Thanks for all of your hard work that you and your husband have done.
I am so very new to watercolour so the whole course is of interest. I must say that I enjoy listening to your voice, and the music on your videos as I watch. You do make painting flowers look so relaxing! ☺️
Love how you create your leaves and flowers so effortlessly! Module 3 would be where I would like to begin. THANK YOU for all the inspiration you share!!! Hugs...~Sandie
Module 3: Fundamentals. I always want to just jump to the actual project, but I think I would need to start with the Fundamentals to have a foundation!! Congrats on your e-course!!
I would be really excited about all the modules but module 5 could be most helpful. I've always struggled with perspective and that could be a game changer for me. Love your channel!
I would be most interested in the third module; 3.3 Mixing Your Paints. I have found time and time again that I don't mix enough or mix too much paint for a single project, neither of which are ideal. I am learning so much from your channel and have done a few tutorials already!
Your videos and tutorials have helped me so much..!! I am most excited about 4.5 Loose Watercolor Florals. Your florals are always so lovely and I could definitely use some detailed instruction. 💕
This looks like a great course. My “art” has mostly focused on music, but due to health issues I have had to give much of it up. Loose florals appeal to me because I think I can do them with eyes and hands that don’t always cooperate with each other. I would like to learn more about depth and perspective. The monochromatic design aspect fascinates me. I love black and white photography and the emotions that can be felt through them.
My favourite module is about paint mixing. It's not so easy for me so that & the quality supplies. I have a 2nd favourite too! Keep up the good work Shayda. You're the best!😍🎨🤗
I am excited for Modules 3 and 5. As a very beginner, I look forward to learning proper fundamentals, and beautiful watercolor florals are what lured me in to learning to paint.
I am so excited about your new watercolor e course. I am a beginner and this looks like the perfect course for me. I am especially looking forward to learning about the fundamentals of watercolor. Thank you for sharing.
I think the most beneficial section for me would be section four that includes lots of brush stroke practice. Love the look of the wash and botanicals. Great job 😊🙌
Oh wow Shayda - I would be so thrilled and grateful to win one of your courses. Best Christmas gift ever!!! Sections I really need help with are brushes, color theory, color mixing, depth and perspective, texture, designing and layout and really all the other sections look amazing to me. I just recently splurged and used a half off coupon and bought me a set of the Sakura Koi watercolor pans of 24. My Christmas gift to me. I watch you use your Koi watercolors and always wish I had a set of good paints. I can’t wait to use these paints and do your evergreens and berries tutorials for some handmade Christmas cards this year. Been a really rough year for me and I’m doing simple and meaningful handmade gifts this year. Crocheted some warm beanie hats with pom poms this year. I want to do simple cards and a few paintings. These type gifts always mean more than store bought to me. I’m having trouble mixing my colors with my cheap sets and deciding on the right brushes to use. Your course would help me so much as I create pretty gifts for others. Thank you for the opportunity to even win one of these as my budget doesn’t allow me to purchase it right now. I have something I would like to send you. I’m not sure if your mailing address is listed anywhere. Could you let me know where it is located and if it’s not, could I have it please? Your videos are what inspires me the most and I wanted to thank you and send you a handmade gift. I’ve learned everything from you and just wanted to give back to you. Love & Hugs this Holiday Season ❣️🎄❄️🌠⛄️🌨🌙☃️❄️🎄❣️ PS - This wreath is awesome!
I would love the entire course. Each module holds something special. I really need Module 3 on mixing colors. But it seems Module 5 on perspective is the one I really need.
Module 4 practices are the most interesting for me to improve. All of the course is interesting but I especially would like to get more exercises to practice with.
Module 5: Flowers and Leaves ... i love your delicate colour choices and expressive watercolour painting style ... I’m sure the e-courses will be popular. Vídeos are great! Thanks and best wishes 🎄
I've been painting along with you for a few months now, and am learning a lot! As far as your course goes, I think I really need to learn about depth and perspective. And color mixing. And how to design a layout. And... LOL. I learn from you every video I watch so I can only imagine how great an entire course would be for my painting! Thanks for sharing with us, Shayda!
Hello Shayda! I’m new to watercolor, so I’m most interested in learning about color theory and mixing. You make it look so easy, and I’m seeing people mix multiple colors to achieve just the right shade or value. I know the common, customary colors to mix from younger years, but don’t know how to make a color richer, darker, or the ins and outs of complimentary colors, or how to avoid mucky colors. For example, I learned that adding purple to green makes a richer, darker green for evergreens 😳. Those are the kinds of tricks I’d like to learn. Wish there was a cheat sheet one could reference for mixing certain colors like the deep green I mentioned previously. Love listening to you and watching you paint!
I think the third will be the section of the ecourse that I will be most interested in. I notice that I like colors in certain paintings and I’m not sure why. I’m drawn to certain paintings because of colors. It’s odd, I know. But now I’d like to paint with colors that Will draw one in. I want to try to learn color mixing and choosing color palettes.
Hello! Im a baby beginner with watercolor and I love what a great job you do explaining the steps! I'd be interested the most in the brush stroke techniques with leaves if I did your course. Thank you for your tutorials! They have been very inspirering
The thing I find most frustrating and would look forward to learning is depth and perspective so, module 5 looks really interesting. But it all sounds wonderful and would be soo helpful! Thank you for your channel and for all you do for your patreon members!
I would love to learn everything but if I can only choose one thing, I'd like 5 about perspective. I really like this wreath, I've got my paints out and will try my hand at it. If it goes well, I'll be sharing them as Christmas gifts.
I don’t think I could pick just one module that I’m most interested in- the entire course sounds incredible. I’m a beginner and I feel that I would need to learn it all & so I’m most interested in the entire course ( I hope that makes sense). I really need confidence and your course would help give me the skills to gain confidence with watercolour and be proud of my completed watercolour projects that I love creating. Thank you so much
Love all your tutorials--and thank you for all our Patreon goodies!!! Your new e-class looks "amazing" and I'm sure that I would learn something from each and every module. Browsing through them--my thought is that I would be spending a good amount of time in Module 5--Perspective, White Flowers (thanks the the sneak peek), & the Rose, Pansy, Marigold & Lily--really peaked my interest!!! :-). PS. Module 3.3. is also a "must watch" for me--I am always sooo intrigued with how easily you mix your colors--and appreciate your explanations along the way!!!
I'm excited for Module 3, Color Theory, Mixing Paints, and especially 3.6 Masking and Textural Techniques! I'm definitely a beginner and find your teaching techniques to be easy to grasp and extremely thorough. Thank you!
I've never water colored before but recently had a friend introduce me to your work. I'm in love!😍 At this point, I'm most interested in obtaining the right supplies and color theory, so modules 2 and 3 intrigue me most right now.
I am really curious about how to show perspective in painting leaves and flowers, so section 5.3 has me most interested. Although I understand the concept, I don't know that I can put this into practice in my painting. Would love to see how you work through this!
Hi Shayda, I’ve been following you in RUclips for quite sometime and it’s always a pleasure to watch your tutorials and your bubbly personality! I would love to watch your ecourse, particularly Module 3: Fundamentals because I think it’s something always worth watching whether you’re a beginner or intermediate :) Cheers!
Farr & away Mod 4 #s 43 & 44 - Brush Stroke Practice & the Technique practice has me very curious!? Thank you for your generous spirit in offering a few free courses to your subbies! I hope this e-course & the many more to follow are a great success for you! Wishing you both the happiest of holidays!
Hi Shayda, I love everything you do and so appreciate your style and approach. Your new course looks fantastic and it's not easy to pick one thing that is most appealing. I think I look most forward to leaves and flowers. I wish you much success with the new course!
I love the sound of all of the modules! Probably number 3 would be most of use to me though 😊 good luck everyone! And love all your videos on YT and patreon.com too 😊 x
Hi, Shayda. This is like a Christmas wishlist for me. I'm so glad you're giving us a chance to win your E-course because I really am looking to you as my Teacher since I started painting again and have grown to liking painting botanicals in your style. I'm very much interested in Module 2 regarding supplies as I'm starting to curate my own artist grade supplies. Quality supplies cost a lot where I'm from and I've had my share of hit and misses when it comes to paper, especially. I would really love to learn how cotton content and sizing matters when it comes to watercolour and also the correct brush to use. So i think starting out with getting the right supplies will set a much more enjoyable painting journey ahead. Cheers and stay perfectly imperfect. Happy Holidays~
The themes of the section 'fundamentals' of painting sounds very interesting to me. Especially 'Color Theory', 'Mixing Your Paints' and 'Using Your Brush' are topics I can relate to in form of "Thats just what I have to learn more." ^^
So awesome, the wash and botanicals is one that I would love to learn. I am still very new at watercolor and you were one of the first channels I discovered last year and so love your style.
The mistake you said you did, I think it’s actually beautiful and natural:) I’m not even a painter but looking for inspiration to do some water painting on my macarons and I really what you have here! Thank you very much💕
I love to watch your videos Shayda and really appreciate you sharing your passion. Your watercolour course looks really comprehensive with lots to learn. I think for me, as a beginner, modules 2 and 3 would be the most helpful. I have all the equipment but lack the confidence to just have a go. My word for 2020 is CREATE so I aim to actually put into practice what I learn, rather than to just watch. Merry Christmas. 😊
Dear Shayda, I love your videos. I'm a absolute beginner with painting. I try to do a few of your paintings. But I have a lot of trouble with mixing colours. So part 3 I'm most interested in.
Congratulations on the course! I am excited about Module 5, especially perspective. I am living in the tropics and studying herbal medicine, and have a slightly crazy/amazing notion that I can illustrate my own website and labels and bring my whole self into my offerings. Thank you for all you do - I came to you via bullet journalling, but stayed for the watercolouring.
Hello Shayda! I am very interested in module 4. Brushing technique, for example, is very difficult to learn from the text books or even watching the videos. Thank you for the very interesting contests and I am looking forward to see more of your creative drawings! Bless you!
Hi Shayda! This course is exactly what I was looking for!!🍃 I'm excited to follow the entire course but I can't wait to see the module 5 to practice! My child will be born in February and with your help i'd like to prepare some decorations for him ..😍 cards, invites, painting for his room and other stuff like that.. Hope to see another video soon, you are a great inspiration to me! Thanks! 💫
I love your videos! I think 4.3 Brush strokes for leaves. I always feel like I can't achieve the shape intended. As well as color theory...I feel you can never go wrong with more color theory. I think its a fantastic course. I appreciate all you do..as well as Chris.
Congratulations on your new e-course! I am most excited about module 4 I have used watercolours on and off for years but have'nt had a clear and concise explanation of supplies and techniques.
I love the module no. 5 as I adore flowers whether it be stamps or painting but really as a beginner I should really answer module 4 fundamentals! But the whole e course seems really exciting x
In case you are in a hurry, the tutorial starts at 3:45
😄🤗
Watching late 2019 videos is so funny to me... like we had no idea what was coming 😬
That is what I was thinking! lol
I hope you never stop painting and drawing. Your art is truly special and you inspire me x
You have worked so hard to get where you are today and I'm eternally appreciative for all your great efforts x
Same sweater and earrings as the first video of the year. Must be a favorite winter outfit.
Design and layout would be my choice although as a 77yr old beginner I have so much more to learn! Thanks for your awesome teaching.
What excites me as a VERY NEW watercolor wanna be painter is the Module 3: Fundamentals! Really though the whole course!
Hi Shayda, I tend to be very tight and too precise in my painting. So, painting loose florals and wash+botanicals are especially appealing to me. Thank you for all your tutorials. You are a pleasure to watch and listen to. I wish you the best in your new venture.
Most excited for learning the basics and watching the videos. It helps watching in motion rather than a book.
Well, I had a go. I fluffed up the cedar sprigs, and then it all went to pot. You make it look so easy. I follow quite a few a artists on here and you are by the far the best teacher. I will persevere!
Every module seems very useful. Number 5 is the most exciting for me. What a beautiful wreath!
I love all your paintings you are a super artist of paints ......,the paints are waiting for your next painting
Module 3. The Fundamentals. It's all in the basics. If your techniques are there, you can fly with your art! Thanks!
Please Continue making Wreaths like that because l love that to make . And that really helps me a lot.😊
*wreaths
@@lavendxrdreams780 thanks. I was not getting that word
i’m an excited about flowers and leaves because i am a beginner in water color paintings and i can’t wait to learn more techniques
Module 3: Fundamentals !! Color theory and mixing paints ! It looks so great
I am most interested in how to design and layout a painting.
I have watched you a lot on RUclips, so I would probably skip the intro, though you have a great art teacher personality. The course is a good launching pad for really getting into watercolor.
All of it! Color mixing is high on the list! As well as florals (rose, etc)
I have been watching your videos for 6 months now and have learned so much from you. I just love your art and teaching style. So glad you have done a Watercolor course. I think the 5.3 Perspective would be super interesting. Keep up the good work!!
Module 5 sounds fun, painting white flowers, can't wait!
Dear Shayda, I love everything you show to us, but I´m most excited about Module 6, Floral Watercolour Projects.
Module 2, because this makes each project for a good start.
I also love perspective on color theory and color mixing, the latter as many products mix somewhat differently.
I really love the botanical leaves and flowers! So modular 5! Looks so exciting!
I like watching you paint, my most challenging watercolor project is flowers, especially peonies.
The most interesting part for me is fundamentals, mainly color theory and mixing your paints. It allows you to learn more about painting in general and, since watercolor palettes can be very expensive, it is very useful at the beginning, when you have to purchase all the other supplies too.
Truly just a beginner here. Module 4 is looking good to me, for a start. Really enjoy your style and instructions. Thanks.
I am most excited about color theory and how to find your color palette
I would be really excited about all the modules but module 5 could be most helpful. I've always struggled with perspective and that could be a game changer for me. Love your channel!
I love watching you paint. I am very new and love your ideas. Learning what I need is great
I would be most interested in the third module; 3.3 Mixing Your Paints.
My favourite module is about paint mixing. It's not so easy for me so that & the quality supplies. I have a 2nd favourite too! Keep up the good work Shayda. You're the best!😍🎨🤗
3.2 and 3.3 are on my radar as a newbie watercolor enthusiast. Love your videos and encouraging presentation style.
Module 3.3 (mixing paint) and Module 5, painting with depth and perspective, and design and layout.
I'm not a watercolor fan but I still did the Wreath in pencil
and your art is soooooo pretty
from Seattle
Your videos are what inspires me the most and I wanted to thank you and send you a handmade gift. I’ve learned everything from you and just wanted to give back to you.
Love & Hugs this Holiday Season

PS - This wreath is awesome!

And how to design a layout. And... LOL. I learn from you every video I watch so I can only imagine how great an entire course would be for my painting! Thanks for sharing with us, Shayda!
I think the paint mixing video is what I need. All the funtimental segments would be super useful to me as a watercolor newbie.

I’m most excited about
Wash + Botanicals. I struggle with washes and I’d love to get some guidance and practice on them.
I'm excited for the loose watercolours! And the roses and pansies 🥰🥰🥰
The thing I find most frustrating and would look forward to learning is depth and perspective so, module 5 looks really interesting. But it all sounds wonderful and would be soo helpful! Thank you for your channel and for all you do for your patreon members!
Opposite side leafs also looking beautiful ❤️
Really excited about ‘Mixing your paints’ and ‘using your brush’ which I really need to work on!! So excited about the whole thing though!
Hi Shayda! I am excited about Module 6. I like to watch it all come together.
I would love to learn everything but if I can only choose one thing, I'd like 5 about perspective. I really like this wreath, I've got my paints out and will try my hand at it. If it goes well, I'll be sharing them as Christmas gifts.

I was afraid of the watercolors, You work with them so easily that it is pleasant to watch

I'm most excited about ur loose watercolor techniques. I struggle with loosing up and not being a perfectionist
Adorable wreath! I'm a big picture gal so I think module six would be awesome...on top of it I have trouble with composition sometimes..
I'm very excited to start work! I purchased! Most interested in mixing color and white on white technique! Thank you for your hard work!

I love the sound of all of the modules! Probably number 3 would be most of use to me though 😊 good luck everyone! And love all your videos on YT and patreon.com too 😊 x
Thank you so much. You are so enjoyable to learn from. Your talent for art and teaching is much appreciated!
Thank you :)
Painting white flowers sounds interesting.
I am very interested in learning more about colour mixing, Module 3. Thats something I struggle with. Beautiful wreath!!
This looks amazing and effortless! Great job and thanks for sharing!
Module 5 is one I would look forward to. I love flowers and would especially love to learn how to paint them in dreamy watercolour techniques.
Hi, Shayda. This is like a Christmas wishlist for me.
Thank you very much💕
4.3 section : Brush Stroke Practice with Leaves / I know it has to do with practice but would love to learn more! looking forward to the class!
Looks like a great course! I am most interested in Module 5 painting Flowers and Leaves. Congratulations launching your course.
I am super excited about the brush stroke practice! I struggle with leaves for some reason. It's very strange.
SO excited for the course. I think I'm most excited about color theory and color mixing. :)
I love your work and would love the module called flowers and leaves (no.5) which I think you do very well.
The whole course 😊... and also the section 2.5 on quality materials. There are so many different products to choose from!
I love the module no. 5 as I adore flowers whether it be stamps or painting but really as a beginner I should really answer module 4 fundamentals! But the whole e course seems really exciting x
