I got the game today April 4, 2020 for $9.99 on xbox Game of the year edition. It got all DLCs so which me luck

Yep, I was also the one who liked DA2 more than 1, which was boring. DA2 had so much dialog and so much different lines and scenes, depending on what characters you chose, and there was so much dialog and less of fighting, which in this game really worked.
Mate your channel is so underappreciated. Great review!!! DAI is one of my favorite games made in the last few years probably second only to the witcher 3.

Got the Game of the Year edition for $8.99 on Xbox1 about 8 days ago.
I work at least 8 hrs a day,
Sleep about 6hrs a night,
I've played 150hrs so far.
I turned my nose up at Dragon Age for years for some reason.
Had been looking for a game with an in-depth open world since I finished Witcher 3 & RDR2.
I never thought Inquisition would be it.
I love it.
Id have to put D.A.I. on my top 5 all time favorite game list.
1. Metal Gear 3
2. Red Dead 2
3. Witcher 3
4. Dragon Age Inquisition
5. Metal Gear 5(even with all it's warts)

I literally bought at launch never played it god knows why started yesterday and after 10 hours bought all the DLC really enjoying it

Here's my funny inquisition story, I picked up the game for like 15 bucks or something played to the part where you get the horse and to me the horse and the game looked and moved so bad I put it down and didnt play it for like 2 years then covid happened and i gave it another shot and I'm on my second playthrough, doing a drizzt:elf rouge playthrough. So yeah I thought it was pretty funny how my opinion of an entire body of work thousands of people labored over for years was like yeah I don't like how your horse moves ,I'm out.

Does the Deluxe Edition on ps4 contain all the dlc? Great review btw! Game is currently on sale for 2.99 on ps plus so I’ll def grab but just wanted to know about the dlc
Thank you for your comment 'Frank Reynolds'. Unfortunately, as far as I understand it, the Deluxe edition does NOT include the DLC mentioned in the review, but has some cosmetic items. The GOTY edition,however, DOES include the DLC. Glad you enjoyed the review!
It doesn’t. I got the deluxe edition at that price about a year ago assuming it did include all the DLC. The season pass does go on sale pretty regularly though. It’s on sale right now for $5.99.

Got it on release, love it. Hope new comers are as enthralled with it as I have been.
I liked the Descent. It is pretty straight forward. I almost found all secrets, and trust me, that means something, usually that stuff bores me... but in this case.. easy. So yeah. You get some nice pieces for Varric, if you like him as companion. And a few pieces for Warriors. But mostly.. I would suggest you play it excessively, if you have Varric always in you Group.

I played the base game a bit on XBOX 360 when it was released but got the game 3 days ago from Steam GOTY Edition with ME Andromeda Deluxe for Combo SALE!

Can I transfer my save data of the physical dragon age to the digital goty edition? Because I want to play the dlc but I already have the normal physical disc data. Ps4
Thank you for your question 'eL-iVaNs'. If you are asking whether or not you can use the game save data, you should be able to if the save data is on the HD of the PS4.

I got the base game on pc for 60$ in 2015. No regrets besides the DLC cost mirroring Goty edition. Amazing game none the less

Just tried it now and loving the tactical cam combat. Poe1 made me get into rtwp pausing and just letting run the action for a sec after each move. But its so cinematic too in dai, nice animations, enemy looks and flexible cam closing in.
So wish mass effect andromeda was same way instead of a middling action game combat.
I Hope da4 and possibly any next mass effect will be like this.

Should i get it in 2020 or the Witcher 3?
Thank you for your comment 'ZWUNX7'. Well, they are both great rpg's, but they have very different feels. Dragon Age Inquisition is more 'high fantasy', a feeling of epic magic, etc. Like many Japanese rpg's (final fantasy), whereas the Witcher 3 has more gritty type of atmosphere to it. Other than that, I can't advise you other than to watch reviews on both of them and decide from there. Ideally you should play both!

Both are great games. I just returned to play this 3 DLC to DAI and already finished Withcher 3 and all the DLC some time ago. Have to say that overall there is different felling in both games (even the concept is very different - DAI with 4 chars to play, in Withcer you are playing just 1 :) ), but if I have to evaulate from the craftsman´s point of view, then Witcher 3 has better everything. Better story, larger areas, definitely better side quest etc. I am not here to blame DAI, it is very good game and I am playing it right now as well, but Witcher 3 was easily level above all other RPG´s I played.

Having said that, though, if you can't find the separate dlc's on your chosen service platform (PSN, Xboxlive, Steam, etc), my advice is to look out for a GOTY edition of the game - it is often in sales events; and it is probably very cheap now anyway.

Anyone know when DAI day "sale" is on? Or it's random? Had it way back when... sort of want to relive that experience for a different pace.

Thank you for your comment 'Caelan Locke'. You are able to purchase the GOTY physical edition, BUT, unfortunately, you must download the additoanl dlc packs, they are not included on the disc.

I am not sure how rare the physical edition is, you could try amazon or similar for that, but as has been noted in many comments here; the digital goty edition is often in sales (for exmple on PSN) for an inexpensive price.

The staff and armor you see just before the review narration begins, can be acquired in 'trespasser'.
one question i cant use cassandra now so if y buy the dlcs
could i use her again?
Thank you for your question! You can use Casandra if she is in your party, as you can choose which character you control, not sure what the question is relating to?!

I see; if you have made decisions along the way that means that Casandra is no longer a party member, then, no you won't be able to use her as the dlc are extensions to the main story line! Sorry, didn't pick up on what you had asked earlier!

I know your question wa 2months ago but to answer.. There is the dragonage keep where you can recreate your choices or change the choices you regret and then import it to inquisition.
what kind of game is this? offline? open world grind xp? quests?

Thank you for your question 'lau Zhang'. It is probably best to, but you may be able to get away with playing descent either before or at the same time as 'Jaws of Hakkon'. However, 'Trespasser, is intended to be played last.
