@@ToolReviewZone I can get over that on the right bladed one, since it's easier and safer to pull the guard up to start a cut. At least for me and the way I do it
Yeah bro, I know a lot of right handers like the blade right, but I can always see the cut way better with the blade left. I guess it's what makes you happy
I have looked all over for a pencil on my ear and sunglasses on the top of my head. Happens to the best of us. Does that saw handle look a lot like Milwaukees or is it just me?
I swear Lowe’s is working with chervon to improve everything so they can kick black and decker out of Lowe’s 1. Transfer ego to Lowe’s 2. Launch of flex 24 volt and continuous expansion 3. Expanding skill 4. Expanding kobalt And last time I went to Lowe’s walking to the tool isle the first banners I saw flex and kobalt not dewalt or craftsman
Cool, just might pick one up although I'm all Dewalt and have been looking for 7 1/4 left hand, getting old so weight is important .....almost bought corded 7 1/4 on Amazon for 49 bucks. I lose everything, pencils, tape measures, snap lines, squares, saws ....... and on and on. Gettin old I guess. Thanks for this vid and all your others, will try to buy through you links so you can make a couple bucks from Amazon or whereever In your opinion what would be a good second line of battery tools, like I said in Dewalt for last 30 years or so, looking for a pro or prosumer grade? Thanks again ..... Scott
Skil is a pretty solid brand for the prosumer grade stuff. I managed to impress the guys at my work who run dewalt with their (Skil's) impact driver and it's ring light and settings. it helps that their tools are affordable and all come with a battery and charger for cheaper than a bare tool from Dewalt. also Skil batteries have a nice gimmick of having a usb port on them which you can use to charge your phone or other device in a pinch. Both their 12V and 20V lines are solid, but there are exclusive tools on either like their auto hammer being 12v but having more circular saw variety and other goodies in the 20V line
Maybe you need a carpenter’s apron with pencil pockets🙂🙂, pockets on shirts. So far I don’t have that bad of a pencil problem nor square problem. Clint those two by pieces make great blocks for kids or grandkids to play with🙂. That Skil circular saw is great, wish my corded Skilsaw had the blade brake. I’ve always used the circular saws with the blade on that side, didn’t know they made’m any other way until our son gave me a 18v DeWalt cordless one. Talk about learning how to use it. Clint I noticed that in the background that you have plenty of wood age, just round. But a man with your talents you can make’m the sizes you need PS ❤the humor, almost spit out my valuable coffee on one of your comments 😂😂. Keep’m coming
Perfect for me. I’m a lefty😍. I can’t believe I’ve never asked bud…. Pouches or long cut? Grizzly long cut for me brother🫡. Btw, that’s a Nassss little sidewinder for a good price
Cool saw, but it's too expensive to have that many different battery-operated platforms. Plus my Milwaukee saw is still superior in my eyes. Cool vid tho.
Gonna say anything about the rail/track for this saw? Base has a slot & adjustment knobs for a rail/track. C’mon TRZ, YOU CAN DO IT. Look at how much money you spent on all that woodage you tossed over the fence. For shame…..
Right bladed feels more natural for me, like it's a part of my body. First time I ever even seen a left bladed saw, I was disgusted by it, even more so when I tried using it
Never heard of a battery breaking in. I have heard of a tool so called breaking in due to the gears and other moving parts getting seated after a little use.
I have hundreds of pencils and I can never find one!!! Your not alone
Hahaha, it's the freaking worst Danny 😪
My Ryobi brushless circular saw blade (previous Gen of the HP model) is on the left and I'm right-handed. It works great for me.
I have trouble seeing the cut line with blade right
@@ToolReviewZone I can get over that on the right bladed one, since it's easier and safer to pull the guard up to start a cut. At least for me and the way I do it
Skip is stepping it up a little! I still like that rear handle they dropped.
That rear handle is real nass like brother 👊
Whaaaat? I gotta get one before they disappear, thanks for info
Thanks for bringing up the pencils this late at night.
Seems sweeet. Well done Skil
I've never used a blade left but thinking about it makes alot of sense
Yeah bro, I know a lot of right handers like the blade right, but I can always see the cut way better with the blade left. I guess it's what makes you happy
Throw a Diablo blade on that! AWESOMENESS. Definitely a cut above all others
Dan The Man 👊👊👊
Do the old lithium 18V bat rees fit? I'd like to try a 20v new bat ree on my saw, drill and reciprocating saw.
Decent Power for the PwRCore line
Nice saw brother.👍🏻🇺🇸
great video TRZ
Bro! Suns out guns out, I didn’t see no moon. Lock and load brother.
Haha, tank was under the jacket 🤣 😂 👊👊
I like blade left and I’m right handed
Love the open mouth thumbnail man!!
🤣🤣🫨
Go Clint!
Real Nace-Like!
Redd👊👊👊
What's up with the base plate? Looks like it has a groove to ride on or track on a rail or something. Surprised it wasn't mentioned or anything

someone told me Vance was selling pencils and combination squares on the cheap... good video take care

Sounds very " Nice Like !" ❤️❤️❤️
Does it cut things?
I'm glad i'm not the only one who has disappearing pencils. I also have disappearing tape measures and drill bits
Hahaha, its the worst 🤣
I'm a right hand guy and I prefer Left blade saws not a fan of right blade saws messes up my line of sight @Tool Review Zone

Hi client, sounds to me like the motor is struggling trough that 2x8,
Definitely bogged down some. Larger bat will help a bit, but I would be using the rear handle for big cuts like that for sure 👊
@@ToolReviewZone excellent work as always client, I use skill now and then, for me it’s a diy, just my opinion,
Always find things where you leave them last. Did that with my impact yesterday with the bit. It was in the holder on the impact base. Duh!!!
Lol, yeah I think I may be losing my mind too though 🤣
Big 10-4 on the pencil, I do believe that Vance guy had a big promotion not that long ago, one "like" for one pencil.
I noticed it has a track ready base and 2 knobs on the base to lock into a track. Wonder what they have planned...
They have a track for it. I posted a little picture of it In the vid 👊
@@ToolReviewZone must have overlooked that searching for a pencil

Is that $169 with a battery?
Yep 👊😎
Great deal
What a rip off! Skil 20v is compatible with Amazon Denali 20v which is Skil-Chervon made and is $99 for saw with 4ah battery.

@@ToolReviewZone I’ll have to give their wintergreen a try. Take care bud✊
I bet Vance can find his tools.
Errrrrrrr 🤣👊
Is that an older video? I was sure you were living in a area that had snow.
Beginning of video I can tell it was Skil with the battery
That’s real nass like,
Smeeesh that like button. 👀👉🏼 👍🏽
Thanks for the SMEEESH Jason!!!!
Blade left, as a righty!
Damn right brother 👊
Get a speed square..no pieces too loose

Blade Left!
Damn right 👊👊👊
Look like my new makita 18v lxt
There are so many cordless circ saws. I get that there is pretty much one for every situation but jeez.

Yep, another saw I won't be buying cause the blade is on the WRONG SIDE! 🤣🤣🤣
sorry bro i just bought one now mines the newest
Haha, damn! 🤣😪
Left handed devilry! I was born left handed. I learned to operate right handed tools. Why left handed skilsaws are coming back, I’ll never know.
My experience is after 5 uses is that the battery “breaks in” and last longer
Never heard of a battery breaking in. I have heard of a tool so called breaking in due to the gears and other moving parts getting seated after a little use.
Pro soomer wtf
How about someone engineer a NEW style circular saw instead of just making another flavor of the same old shit like everyone else
I mean flex did exactly that with their inline saw. I love it. It's my go to quick saw when I'm not ripping down really thick stuff.
@@tangodown2721 Agreed! That Flex in line 6-1/2" is unique! Slim and versatile design
ITS ONLY YOU AND ITS REALLY NICE LIKE .BECAUSE I CANT STAND LOSING PENCILS.
Hahaha
Having a good blade also matters.
