    Trust me.
He really is the nicest bloke you could ever meet.
Did a gig with him and the band made a pact that we wouldn't mention John Squire.
He was so humble and when he went on after us it was perfect.
One man. One guitar. Humour in abundance.
Really sad that John squire didn't get affected by him.

I much preferred the seahorses to the roses. they wrote melodic songs, and had a singer. who could sing. They should of been massive I love DIY I have bought it 3 times. I still listen to it a lot. One of my top ten albums. The whole band were just right. Its shame they did not do more. It's not too late. Come on John give Chris a ring. Lets face it that stone roses reincarnation was for a few bob, make some music with Chris who has got talent.

128-192 have you always been a massive KNOB

Disagree, if The Roses had released "Blinded by the Sun" everyone would have been jizzing in their pants - fact is, (and I love The Roses, saw them five times during their reunion) Chris Helme is a far better singer than IB and allowed more melody in the band that Brown ever could. The problem was Squires ego. Would love to see a Seahorses reunion as much as I wanted the Roses reunion.

Really nice bloke with an amazing voice and a good sense of song writing. Unfortunately for him his path crossed with John Squires who was looking for a singing mouth to front his guitar wankery. I loved The Seahorses but it was clear they were a vehicle for Squires.
