My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

- Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's RUclips & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
- How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

I think the concept is: a camera that films a high fps. Then you can slow down the clip in editing. You do this by increasing the time of the clip. So if it's a 10 second clip, you increase the section to 150 percent or whatever works for you. It is the same amount of frames over a longer period of time which gives you the slow motion effect. It takes a lot of tweaking to make it look good but I believe that is the basic concept. Feel free to let me know if I missed a step or got anything wrong. Cheers!
