The games are from 1 month or half a month ago, didn't get to edit them until now.. Raiting inflation wasn't as high back then, so many opponents are also higher raiting by now ;)
There is no doubt with Frost would be always around -300 mmr lower at least:
Unholy DK is boring - but strong
The tankiness/anti-magic tools and pet utility are making it possible to beat a much greater variety of comps. And that Desecration slow on the ground... makes it possible to even have a shot in hard matchups like Warr/Healer and Feral/Healer (next video part), allthough the games will still be long and exhausting mostly, for both sides involved..

I have been playing alot of Unholy and Frost Dk (my favorite spec) over the past years and am currently playing Wotlk Classic alot (Mainly Dk and Shaman).

for frost 1h or 2h is better on bursting ppl?
@@Yamikeibax 1h is more constant, 2h more spiky burst but overall 1h is better and more reliable, it also gives one more enchant

Yo , sick , Hm resilence u running? What cap do u have on spell penetration? Also is there a way Ur mate can show his talentos and build ? I play this como but as the pally we got 2000 rating and stopped there bc season is ending . Thanks
spellpen cap is 130, i use around 1k resil, sometimes a bit lower depending on the queues, but without 1k resil warrs and feral kill dk too easily with braindead tunneling, thats why i go mostly 990 or 1k and only use the pve items that give extra strength over ap. it makes their life harder and gave me so far the best results into these comps, same vs enh preg etc.

with holy shock glyph, seal of wisdom glyph and HoJ Glyph, if u happen to face a ton of Locks and DKs, Hoj can be replaced with Turn Evil Glyph or if u prefer that more in general some pallys use it some dont

Im wondering if i should go with glyph of icy chains or stick with glyph of ghoul.
And often i find myself not using corpse explosion as i rather have pet sacrifice to save myself (i play with a preg so i try to stay more defensive) Is there another talent i can use instead, or is it worth to have corpse explosion even if i dont use it every game?
I been using corppse explosion more and it improved my gameplay. im still not sure if i should go icy chains or glyph of ghoul. as my ghoul doesnt do that much dmg anyway, and i do use icy chains much more than icy touch
@Sands san glyph of ghoul increases ur corpse explo dmg, as it scales of ur ghouls hp only and not attack power and its also good to have a bit more survival on the ghoul imo. icy chains glyph sounds nice on paper if u see it in overall details, but the dmg it adds in the situation is really low (dk and pvp in general is alot about burst). if you dont run explo and glyph of ghoul then icy chains dmg is still not useless of course, but need to be careful to not break CC like repentance with it, as u might be used to chaining a few times without dmg to get runic power (this applies more to Frost DK Hungering Cold, but can situationally Chain on Repentance few times too, b4 the dot tick breaks it, but without the glyph only)
The biggest downside of Corpse Explo is the 30 CD on Ghoul after, which u otherwise dont have if it dies normally... Its more of an execute all in ability but it can decide some games, with a healer i think i would always run it as the 1 talent point does not hurt too much for the opportunity of 5-6k burst
for preg/dk playing without corpse explo is more justifiable as u have more dmg and might struggle more with survival, as u said
but tbh, probably both ways work with both comps and its just a matter of preference, i would probly still run explo with preg dk but would be way more careful with it as an all in or when i know i wont need ghoul stun/petsac the next 30 sec (the highest preg dk plays without ghoul explo tho afaik)
but in any case its good if you think it improved ur gameplay already, it cannot hurt getting used to explo a bit in case u ever want to play with a healer :D

Just started running arena as an unholy dk got to 1855 in 3 days before the cut off. So glad someone at high rating is making vids currently to learn from.
Currently playing disc unholy with a guildie. How fucked am I sticking with this 2's setup and as a human am I still taking on a pale horse?

On a pale horse is still useful as a human, but with disc/dk wandering plague and goin for max dmg might be better, as this comp needs to counter pump alot because it has a harder time surviving than pala/dk vs many comps. Also the priest can purge Prayer of Mending, which is the biggest reason Wandering Plague is in the doghouse as dk/pal vs some comps. If you see ur priest doesnt get alot of purges off can still play my spec for disc/dk and be fine, i never respeced while playing disc/dk briefly with a friend and used the same spec on my humans as on my orc (just not the stun reduction meta gem).
Well, if you stick to disc/dk you gonna have a harder time vs alot of comps like warr teams, rogue teams, stuff like feral rogue double rogue etc. Therefore your are not stuck in horrendous long games as much as with a pally. It is still a playable comp and u could get to high rate with it, allthough it will be more vulnerable and harder to climb, as you also should lose the direct matchup vs hpal/dk most of the time on mana (unless u play way better than them or they are feeding/eating mana burns etc.)
Next season Disc/DK will get a bit better cause of the Solace Trinket from ToC, if ur priest has that you will not lose games on mana that quickly (which often is a problem for disc/dk) at least. So you are fucked just abit ;) and not as fucked
Hi, do you have wandering plague ? Do you use blood boil most of time ?
currently not using wandering plague, its very bad into priest teams cause of pom and the dmg is hardly worth 3 talent pts atm if you are not spreading diseases big like in bg or 5s etc. i rather use the points for chill of the grave its a handy talent to get more runic power from chains spam and that can be used for dmg or utility both
bloid boil i use mostly vs plates/mail or on aoe if there is no punishment for it like breaking CC
vs cloth/leather i use bloodstrike most of the time, but it is also low dmg so getting the rp generation and rune running is more important, so on evasion etc or if cloth slightly outrange prefer to also blood boil instead of bs, or if you just dont want to risk a dodge/parry, it depends a bit on the situation
also use blood boil to get people out of stealth

i have both one blood elf and one orc dk, they are both good, depending on situation. I would say Orc is easier to use overall cause u just use the Buff und Stun Reduction, but Blood Elf 2% magic miss passive (feels way more) and extra silence can be insanely clutch, its just a bit harder to use if you are new to it cause can DR own silence if not watching.

Hey, i’m not going to make a Guide for Unholy DK PvP, Wotlk as i believe there is enough material and different guides about that already on RUclips, which cover all the important things and also on a good level.
If i ever get to make a guide it will be about Frost maybe
But with a Rdruid and when u are just starting to play, would also urge you to learn Unholy first.

It has tons of info about basics and guides in written form. Matchup guides sadly not for rdruid/dk, cause not many people want to bother playing with a Rdruid in Wotlk xD, but alot of the stuff still translates to that comp as well, especially the basics
step by step tho and play a bit aside and you will be able to learn it

dk is braindead but strong
im so happy that i quit wrath i cba do any efforts report cheaters, is a complet pve based cheat expention. 70% of ladder is abusing full rotation bots ore AHK and tons of 3th party Program. Wrath Classic is literly the greatest Joke i ever saw in 15 Years of WoW.
that is over-exaggerated, nowhere did i encounter cheats or anything like that to that extend on high rate
70% might use AHK maybe (or not idk), but with spellequeue window i feel like its allmost useless, its not like warmane and people are dumb for even using it in classic. i don't think i lost one single game cause enemy was using AHK and i don't
problem is, there is other things wrong with wrath classic way worse (texture, bugs, events/timings/pilot) and you can clearly see that they put in not enough effort, for the money they recieve
as the final straw, i guess its understandable to quit, as they also do not ban people fast enough on top of all that, but there is no way 70% of people run around with rotation bots and full "scripts"
apparently blizzard is bringing out a huge banwave soon, we will see how many people were actually cheating/scripting then, if they disappoint again with this on top of all the other stuff, maybe then its time to actually quit xD
