SP/DK with Khrystal! The best Russian Shadowpriest | Wotlk Classic 2v2 Arena PvP

Got asked by one of the best Shadowpriests to play SP/DK on what was semi-high mmr during this time (around Glad cutoff). We both had some experience with this comp ages ago and it was really fun to play this again in classic! The only problem being dmg numbers, from physical DPS and especially SM Warriors, feeling way harder to survive then we used to, making us struggle vs. literally every Warr/Pala Team we met. Not even Disc/DK struggles this hard vs. Warr... If it wasn't for this comp, SP/DK could be a really good comp. We had fun regardless and even managed to beat them a few times (alltho very few, like 2/20 games).

I have been playing alot of Unholy and Frost Dk (my favorite spec) over the past years and am currently playing Wotlk Classic alot (Mainly Dk and Shaman).

Hello! :D Great vid, congrats. But I have a question, why dont you have pet auto attack?:D Is there a reason behind it?
hello thx, not sure if you mean pet on agressive, or automatic claw, but the reason is pretty much the same: better to control pet without and more reliable to get leaps/gnaws with pet (otherwise there might be no energy in crucial moment)
technically claw also does more dps if its not on auto and spammed manually so i had claw bound with certain spells during burst but until late wrath was using toggle claw on and off in macro before gnaw, was also working fine
during cata we will have to use something different, as the transformed pet automatically cleaves with claw so the only way is probly manually toggle claw attack on and off, or spam every single claw manually (a bit too much probly xd), otherwise it can break crucial cc with its aoe

nah, unholy synergy is much better increases, shadowpriests spell dmg and disease dmg as well and more survivability to play 2x dps comp ;)
maybe, against the warr/pal teams (matchup cant get much worse anyway lol) frost could have more chance, not sure, but will die vs other comps

@@kovaltv1761 if they dont pre-disarm, pre-dsac in air, pre-bladestorm or sacred cleansing resist yea xd
then they still have bubble/trinket and wall idk, will be rough to live until all those Cds over... i think its a bit rng too, if the priest can get the dispell on the freedom fast or not, for surviving/kiting at pillar

@@kovaltv1761 yeye, frost dk +ret/preg or frost dk rogue for example, but in all 2s 2x dps comp unholy is still way better i think, cuz survivability > burst :D

don't know him/didn't see him play i think, but this who is "best" you cannot take fully serious anyway, cause for every1 people will just most of the time pick their friends above other xD
