For the arena frame that shows enemy team on the below the minimap I use Gladdy, to track enemy CDs I use OmniBar

This is a list, I don't have it each addon explained anywhere so if you wonder about somethin specific just say.

@@kennyrefhagen2360 If grid is like a raid frame, I don't use addon for it, it's default from the game, you just have to play with the settings in the raid profiles and enable class colors, power bars etc...
To track the enemy cooldowns I use OmniCD

Yea the arena players is gladdy and the CD tracker addon I use is OmniBar but you will have to play with the settings a bit to enable the spells you want to track and make multiple bars if you want
